I have emailed every day for my order update and have not heard back. I received two emails early on stating they were looking into it but nothing since. It's been over a month. There is finally a tracking number listed but it doesn't name the shipping company and when I googled the number none of the shipping companies have a record of this. Terrible service. At least respond to inquiries in a timely fashion with accurate information if it is going to take this long. I received my one item already (ordered at the same time) so I am assuming the other was never sent.

A lovely store and an awesome company, thabks a lot for the great bikines. I can't wait to dress meself up with this beautiful bikini in Aruba! We are still waiting for our order, thabk you in advance!

So far I am not impressed. I still haven't received a tracking number 10 days after placing my order. If I had read the declaimer that it could take 30+ days to receive my order before I placed it I wouldn't have placed an order for these items. I may need to cancel the order if I don't receive it soon.

Super simple and user friendly. Lots of pay options which make it super easy and convenient. Received confirmation of my order immediately and I can’t wait for my produce to come in!

If I could give a 0 I would. Over a month and still haven't received my order yet.

My swimsuit showed up late in an unmarked bag with no packing slip at all, no company name and no receipt. If I hadn't screen shot my order there would be NO WAY of knowing where I ordered it from. Not only that, the suit is completely made incorrectly. The fit is made for a babies torso. I am 5'3 and 125 and this suit may fit someone 4' tall. I ordered a medium.

This will be my last review since I have one more package to be delivered 2/26/19. First of all, it takes more than 15 business days to receive poorly made, very bad quality swimwear & accessories. The prices are not a discount when you can go to the mall or local shopping center & buy better quality materials. I’m very dissatisfied with their line. The swimsuit sizing is way off (too small tops & the matching bottoms are too big) ...you should have the opportunity to purchase the tops & bottoms separate...although, AGAIN, the quality is terrible ..they don’t look like the pictures at all. I’d call it false advertising and/or stealing other websites swimsuit pictures then portraying them like your own. That’s called stealing.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SWIM LEMON AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU’LL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️.

I enjoyed the website and the descriptions. I have not received an additional order update or my product yet, but at this point I have enjoyed my experience.

Do not use this company. It’s a fraudulent site. You will not receive your item and you will get vague responses from Customer Care. No contact info. Cannot reach by phone. Shady company with no recourse once you have placed an order.

Although I have not received my order yet, but communciation with Swimlemon was super diligent. They offered me a deeper discount on my item and free shipping because I had forgotten to check out immediately, then I vascillated as to whether or not to buy it. The discount helped push me to hit Purchase!

The purchase was extremely easy and can’t wait to get my bathing suit. Also a huge selection of gorgeous suits!

I never got the product at my house I bought it since October 5 2018 !
Apparently they got the product back to China 🇨🇳. According to USPS records , I sent them all the paperwork , they still refuse to give my money back !
I will dispute my transaction . You don’t play with US customers . My credit card company will investigate your case . I am sorry to tell you this but can not mess up with this country !
People please never buy anything from them . They are scammers

Not impressed with the service, have had no tracking number for my item, no idea when it will arrive I have contacted customer service to cancel my order and I have heard nothing back. Very disappointing and would not recommend even though some of the items on the site are beautiful.

Been waiting nearly a month for my suit. I had to send 2 emails and 3 Facebook messages before I finally got a generic response that did not answer my question. The last shipping information that they finally sent me is over 3 weeks old and no explanation is when I'll see the suit.

More like terrible. Ordered a bikini at the start of August 2018 and it’s now end of Feb 2019 and I STILL haven’t received the package. I have emailed the customer ‘care’ team and while they are surprisingly responsive and attentive, nothing came of it. I was informed the first package got lost in transit so I patiently waited for the replacement to arrive. Nothing arrived and I’ve contacted Swimlemon many times since; to which they suggest I follow up the package myself. It just holds a vauge ‘in transit’ status. I’ve said I want a refund for the disappointment and waste of my time to which they respond with empty promises of “pass[ing] that onto the appropriate team” no bikini, no refund I’m highly highly dissatisfied
