Easy to book. Lots of local options for great pools. Very affordable.

I’ve used this company for a few years. We have limited options to rent in my area so we need to book out of town. On a recent booking I was charged as usual but k went into my credit card account today and saw a random charge of $418.46 from Swimply ? I tried all day to get a number to call but was pushed to use email or the app. They tell me they sold me a membership? What ? At no time did I purchase a membership so they showed me how to cancel it but they won’t refund my money. I’m livid this company can be so scammy!

This app has never failed me. From birthday parties to family hang outs it's always been a smooth transaction.

Fabulous, kind, hospitable people with a wonderful backyard space, well suited for a pool day with family and friends. We had a blast and would 100% be renting again!

This is the worst booking app I’ve ever used in my life. First of all, please stop allowing people to book when the host hasn’t recently updated their availability. I was in Atlanta trying to throw my friend a pool party with 10 people. The bookings took my deposit (over the weekend, mind you), & then, the next day, the host would message me saying they were booked at that time or their pool was out of order. They either didn’t want to serve me for personal reasons (for lack of a better word), or the hosts on that app aren’t as diligent with updating information. I wasted so much money that weekend on bookings when the app claims they only take you deposit when the booking is confirmed, not for simple inquiries. I didn’t get my money back on my card until the following Monday. It was a nightmare & I will never use this app again.

Best event of the whole summer! The scenery was breathtaking. The ~venue~ absolutely idyllic, and so strategically set up! The pool was refreshing with just the right amount of shade. The patio was perfect for our little mimosa mini bar and food spread. Loved having nice turf to lay out on towels. And Christine was an amazing and gracious host! Highly recommend.

Τhe space is wonderful and so fun for a kid's birthday party. We had kids from all ages who loved the pool and the trampoline and never once got bored for several hours. The parents also enjoyed having so much space to hang around and sit while watching the kids. Janine is lovely and accommodating!

Super clean pool with clear water. Heated just a bit which made it perfectly comfortable. Lots of shade, and we'll kept yard. Very easy access from host. Definitely will come back! Thank you.

I love the concept of the app. In the summer, it's a fantastic option to be able to rent a pool. My issue is the hidden charges and blatant lies the company promotes. I understand companies make money on fees. However, when the app explicitly states you "get a full refund if you cancel up to 2 hours before your booking," yet they withhold part of your payment, it's borderline fraudlent. The company claims it cannot process full refunds, despite it literally saying you'll get one and instead keeps a chunk of your payment.

Had several host reschedule bc of emergencies . The refund process is messed up bc have to pay cash for the service fees . So I spent way more than I wanted to spend bc of the way this is set up .

This was our first time booking on Swimply and our family was a little hesitant but it turned out to be a great day! Everything was clear from the beginning. From what we booked and what was included, the homeowners were very good at communicating. Upon arrival everything was set up for us and we were able to start enjoying our day. The bathroom was right beside the pool and with kids is so helpful! We will be sure to book again soon!

I appreciate that the owner greeted me at the gate and walked me around before we begin our experience. My guest had a wonderful time!

Great host, pool, and amenities would book again

The pool was great, but when I went to leave the property and exited the backyard to the host's driveway, I was met by her telling me that Amazon had been delivering a package and hit my car. However, Amazon had supposedly already left without the host walking to her backyard to inform me of what had transpired. I contacted Swimply customer care and they said they are not responsible for these types of damages. They didn't even offer me a refund! So in summary, I spent a few hundred dollars to have a relaxing day in the sun, and instead spent that money to have my car smashed in with little to no way forward, and a logistical nightmare. This company could care less what happens to you when you're on-site so I advise to avoid this app altogether.

I loved that the pool is tucked away in the back. You have plenty of privacy.

Lovely pool in a beautiful and private garden. Comfortable chairs and umbrellas if you need shade. Bench incorporated into pool allows you to sit in the water and sun bathe . Great selection of toys and noodles for kids
