I am so sorry I couldn’t give a minus to this company I ordered my goods £60 worth on the 3rd January and I’m still waiting they won’t issue me a refund they are absolutely disgusting in their replies please please don’t order from them I’m contacting trading standards today

I wish I had read the reviews for this company before making a purchase
. My goods never arrived and have had no success in getting a refund. I would strongly advise to NOT use this company.

I echo what everyone else has said this company shouldn't be allowed to trade, I wish I'd reviewed before i bought, after 5 months of chasing this sham of a company, PayPal got my money back for me. Always use PayPal where you can. Thanks to the reviewer that put that in their review or i would still be out of pocket.

I ordered a swimsuit from this site on 10th July. The website mentioned that the item would be shipped in 15 days, so I was prepared for a wait... but it is now 18th August and still no sign of my order.

I e-mailed Swimstyle a week ago who initially responded with thanks for my patience and advised the order was still in transit and the status would be updated "once it arrived in the UK" (strange, given that the website is a .co.uk address and clearly wants users to believe it is UK-based...). I had heard nothing further by yesterday, so I e-mailed again politely requesting an update. I received a very unhelpful response which just stated they would check with the shipping company. When I again chased for an update following their checking with the shipping company, I received a rude and unhelpful one-line reply stating "They just said it will be updated soon".

Do not be fooled by the seemingly genuine website. I wish I had looked a little closer before placing my order as it is full of typos and photos sourced from other websites. I am now wholly convinced that I will never see my order and I very much doubt I will manage to secure a refund given the utterly laughable customer service I have received to date.

Scam. The item was not the correct size, badly stitched , poor quality. I have chased a return address ( that they say must be authorised by email) for a week . I guess I won't see any refund. Do not buy from here.

Item ordered on 11th november and paid for 8-12 day delivery. Item finally came on 3rd december so i refused it and royal mail returned it to the sender. Tracking information states they received the items on 16th december and when i chased my refund on 19th december i was told the items hadnt been received!!. This is company is not who they appear to be, have no idea of customer service at all and are definately located in china not the UK as they try to appear to be. Do not use!!!!!!

If I could leave a minus score I would. Placed order on 10th Sept with 8-12 delivery slot, so should have arrived by 22nd at the latest. Still had not received delivery by 28th so contacted company who proceeded to send me tracking information which showed that it left China on 24th!!! NO apologies, NO earlier communication to explain delay, NO customer service. This will miss our scheduled departure for holidays even though I placed order plenty of time before we leave
. Disgusted. Will NEVER order again.

Do NOT give this site your email address! Whether you buy something or not, they will send you emails almost every day. I have been appealing for MONTHS to have my email address removed from their list, to no avail.

Swimstyle is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Sizing is way-off, and returns/refunds impossible. Spread the word to your friends.

Don’t use this site!!! Quality is very bad and costumer services terrible. There is not return! They will offer 20% back! Waist of money

Awful! Doesn’t say when you order but returns are to China despite being a uk website and uk contact details. Tried to send items back but would only accept returns paid for by me with a tracking number which was going to cost me £45!!! Instead I paid a cheaper postage but didn’t get tracking number and surprise surprise they never received my returns so wouldn’t refund! Luckily
Purchase was made via pupal so I managed to claim my money back. Customer service is really poor - only 1 email per day so took over a week to actually get returns address!!

Please avoid. Not a legitimate company. Just taking money, no order will be processed. They’ve set up their company name very similar to an already established one (swimstyle.com).
