I got scammed

I got scammed, received my FREE 3 golf balls, next thing I know, being billed on 10.29.2020 for $49.99, do not know why, but contacted my Credit Union, issued a FRAUD alert against this company. Do not fall for this.

Bait and Switch for a membership of NOTHING

I signed up to try two sleeves of their Calcutta golf balls which I paid for. Since then they charged me $49.99 per month for some membership that I did not sign up for. When they did not like that I would report them to the BBB and Attorneys General Office, they hung up on me.

They did a bait and switch in falsely signing me up for a membership I would not have signed up for.

If I could put 0 stars, I would!!!!

A total scam

A total scam. They send you the balls, and bill your account the $1.00 for S&H, but a few days later they hit your account with another $49.99, saying you signed up for a membership. I never signed up for any membership. When I contacted them for a refund, they would cancel the account so no further charges would be billed, but refused to refund anything.

A scam

A scam, I agree. Didn't see anything about a 7 day trial and then $49.99/mo subscription when I requested the free golf balls (with $1.00 shipping). They billed me exactly 7 days after the $1.00 charge hit, but I only received the balls 2 days ago! Anyway, my credit card company declined the charge, so great on them! (Chase). Chase also gave me the phone number of Swingbits, I called them, and since the charge had been declined by Chase, they cancelled the subscription and said nothing else would be charged. Yes....this is a scam

Yes....this is a scam. They offer a free sleeve of golf balls to sign up for a seven day trial of their website. I did this. First off...their monthly subscription is $50 a month. If that doesn't scream scam....nothing will. There is nothing that they could possibly offer in terms of videos that would warrant that. Second....they have a whole total of about ten to fifteen videos. It's the kind of thing you could find for free on youtube.

Probably the worst thing about this....I signed up for the trial not knowing that their subscription fee was $50 a month. Regardless....I canceled the subscription immediately....and I was still charged.

It's not worth the headache to get a pack of no-name golf balls. I'd say that they are trying to prey on people that procrastinate and forget to cancel their trial before seven days is up....which if they could even trick a few people....it would cover the costs of their stupid golf balls for several accounts....but they are charging regardless.

This is a 100% scam. I cannot believe that they haven't been shut down and prosecuted yet. Stay away.

Swingbits offer a Emerging Brand of Golf ball sleeve for $1

Swingbits offer a sleeve of new calcutta golf balls for $1 for you to try, but does not mention that this offer signs you up for a subscription monthly that charges your account 49.99 monthly.
Their site states you have a 30 money back guarantee which took several phone calls and getting upset when they negotiate giving you less than their Guarantee policy.
I experienced difficulty getting a refund for the subscription that I did not agree to.

I recommend you DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company .
