Hi, received my Pella storm door multi-point mortise lock replacement part as promised re standard shipping. All the parts were present and fit perfectly. Just would like to say that "PELLA the Company" is a ZERO when it comes to parts replacement/service and I highly recommend others who own Pella products contact your company first for any Pella replacement parts. Not Customer Friendly

I ordered balances for windows and their site SPECIFICALLY said ‘figures are for two balances per sash’ which made me believe each sash held half the load of the window. I ordered 4 balances (repairing 2 windows) thinking each carries 13-19 pounds- but I needed balances that carried 26+ pounds. Their site wasn’t clear- and now I have to pay to return, reorder and simply requested they pay for either 1) return or 2) free shipping on the reorder- I was willing to pay for one of the shipping. They said they are ‘unable to do that’ I said fine- let me let the world know what kind of company you are when you have an unclear website and a customer trying to work with you.
Think twice about buying from Swisco.com if you expect good customer service…

Hardware is impossible to install using…

Hardware is impossible to install using instructions. One of the steps involves trimming tail piece using a piece of pliers. My husband is strong and was not able to do it. Attempted to return item and they would not accept the return because they said the item was damaged. Yes I know, we damaged it while attempting to install it using their instructions.

Ordered 4 spiral balances and pivot locks for a tilt in window , installed balances per their video .The first time I went to move the window the balances came apart ,then tried it again with the 2 balances I had left , same thing happened again . Contacted service ,they basically told me to pound sand , products are junk !!!

Swisco is legit

I was skeptical about this website at first but I can honestly say that they're a legit company. Needed window replacement parts and this company was the only one who I found that had what I needed. Their pricing is fair and shipping was prompt as estimated. My order (window spiral balances) was precisely accurate based on my needed specifications. I will definitely use them again.

Surprised that they actually came through

I did NOT want to order from this company. This is clearly a Chinese company marketing to US customers. And, based on the reviews I have read for this company, if there are any problems on the supplier's side, they clearly just leave the customer high and dry. But they literally were the ONLY company on the net offering the part that we needed, so my husband ultimately insisted that we order it. It came in a week. The parts were not uniform, but they were useable. So, apparently are one of the lucky satisfied customers. I thought I should put this positive review on here in case there is someone else that has no other option. This is a legitimate company. They actually deliver product. I say, if you have no other option, go with this company using a good quality credit card and then appeal to your credit card company if Swisco drops the ball.

Could care less about the customer

I made a purchase for $79 for screen clips. The world was in a pandemic and I did not want to stand in line at the post office, so I was over the 30 day return policy, which by the way Swisco says online that most returns are 30 days plus. They offered me a credit. I have looked for a long time and can't find anything I need. I wrote and explained the extenuating circumstances and was told they can't issue credit, the bank won't allow it. I am a senior, on social security. Do you think they would send me a check? The answer is NO.

I ordered a sample pack of bubble…

I ordered a sample pack of bubble gaskets and pile strips and found the ones for all my windows as well as replacement tilt in locks the fit perfectly .Very good company and customer service. Would recommend this company to anyone needing to replace window gasketing as well as other home needs

So easy to find parts

I needed replacement tabs for my screen Windows and couldn't find the right part in my local hardware stores. I needed them in white and tan. I was easily able to find what I needed and it was shipped promptly. I'm happy that my screens now fit securely in my window frames.
I was impressed with the product information on the website. The photos and measurements made it easy for me to be sure I was ordering the right part.

I have used Swisco for years

I have used Swisco for years. Recently, I ordered a roller window assembly for my vacation home which was supposed to come with two wheels. I got one...not a big deal, right? YES! Customer service rep told me I needed to take a photo of the part with the missing wheel? Huh, it's missing. Do you not trust me? I don't know when I'm going to be out to my home again. I just want this window fixed. Wow...on a $4.25 item with a wheel that probably costs them $.02 from China. Will never buy from them again. Poor customer service. You can find everything you need on Amazon!

I had looked everywhere for a…

I had looked everywhere for a replacement handle set for my old sliding door. Every replacement set I reviewed had a different mounting bolt spread. I noticed the name Reflectolite Products inside the existing handle and did a search. Swisco was the ONLY distributor that had the latch set with the correct bolt spread. The handle set not only fit but was well made and designed, is robust and fit perfectly. The new replacement set fit a door that is twenty four years old.

Channel Balance purchase and install

I ordered two channel balances for my non-tilt window. They were delivered quickly, were packaged securely, and when I watched the video created by the company, I was able to easily replace the parts in my window and get it operational again. Great service! Great tutorial!

BEWARE,  BUYER BEWARE and run away from this scam company. Never got order, company takes ZERO, NO accountability, they take your money and run you around. The company does not take care of customers and plays games with them.  Chris the Assistant Manager of Customer Service and Nancy the Manager of Customer Service are two clueless airhead clowns that mislead and misrepresent what is going on. They put themselves and their degenerate company first the customer is last. They do not take responsibilities for their negligence's. The entire organization is an F for failure. Don't believe any of their silly Mom and Pop, family owned nonsense marketing it's all a lie and BS go to big distributors and  big box outlets these people are ruthless do nothings.  With bigger distributors  you do not have to deal with rouge ghost degenerate owners and scam dishonest employees as you do with this scam NJ company. Their entire call center people lie, lie, lie and lie. Chris is weak, doormat that lies. On top of that, they take 50 cent parts and sell them for $5 wonderful degenerate people.

Internally, shipping is a disaster.

I'm hostage to this company in that I have a 40-year-old Acorn Dorwal and haven't been able to find parts elsewhere (yet). As I'm in CT and they're in NJ, it's well known that any Fedex service is next day and the shipping prices quoted are exorbitant. So, I paid $18+ to ship a $9 item as I have the door out for repair. 3 days later after label creation, the item has NOT left the building. What does customer service say? Rather than own the problem, they point at Fedex (who is still waiting for the item to hit their hands). Obtuse arguments are not customer service.

What a fabulous company to do business…

What a fabulous company to do business with as a consumer! We needed help with specific window items they helped us by requesting pictures and found the specific items we needed on an older window. Their customer support is a model for how all companies should treat customers.

The return policy was quick and efficient. We can not say enough good things about Swisco. Thank you for your help which we felt went above and beyond.
