Fast but you will probably need additional plume pods
Quick installation. Broadband itself is fast but you do need to be near the plume pod. With previous router from BT, the same speed was achieved all over the house without the need to Wi-Fi extender. However, with the plume pod, unless you’re in the same room as the pod, the speed is significantly slower, even in the next room. So slightly disappointed from that perspective. Overall though it’s good value so far.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Speak to Keith Moore for advice and explanation of how it all works. Super super fast which has brought us into the real world. Living in a village, we have been extremely limited on broadband and this is a fantastic improvement especially as husband works from home.
