Wat betekent dit voor u? Indien u minder dan 10 afspraken heeft gehad binnen uw pakket(ten) voor 8 behandelingen, bieden wij u de mogelijkheid om kosteloos overgeplaatst te worden naar onze vestiging in Roermond. U kunt hiervoor eenvoudig een verzoek indienen onderstaand formulier. Wij zullen ervoor zorgen dat uw behandelingen worden voortgezet zonder extra kosten. Als u meer dan 10 afspraken heeft gehad binnen uw pakket, betekent dit dat u uitbehandeld bent. U krijgt geen kosteloze behandelingen bovenop het pakket van 8 behandelingen meer. U kunt echter nog steeds gebruikmaken van onze diensten door een losse behandeling te boeken. Momenteel bieden wij een korting van 15% op deze behandelingen. Location closed and can’t claim my money back. They saying all treatments were done according to contract but they miss that a lot of them were cancelled. I got 6 out of 8. Normally they should credit me for about 400€ together with my partner.
I took a package of 600 euros at Swiss Allure Venlo and after 2 sessions I could not continue because the location was taken over by someone else. They did not announce anything and only when I went to the appointment was I told that if I wanted to return I still have to pay 700 euros.I sent an email to Swiss Allure Roermond, of course there is total silence. I want to get my money back for the sessions I didn't do and not hear from them anymore.for me, he doesn't show any trust anymore, he doesn't know how to take care of customers.
