I've ordered from Swiss Arabian before, I've even recommended the fragrance and the company to friends. I have proof that my order was lost in transit and I've emailed, @'ed them on Twitter and have heard NOTHING from the company. Unfortunately, I will not be buying from here again as I paid over £50 for the product and shipping and haven't heard anything about me getting a refund.
