First impression is no good. Sent then a whatsapp msg to enquire a watch and no response. Valled their mobile no and no one picked up.

I travelled from Montreal using a flight to complete the transaction. I have to say, Valentin’s welcome was truly exceptional. We spent over an hour talking about watches, and it made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. I’d also like to highlight Dia’s communication, which has been excellent from the very start. They even kindly agreed to meet with me on a Saturday despite their offices being closed. I can only highly recommend them — it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Really great experience with Swiss Horology from start to finish. Communication was quick, clear, and genuinely friendly throughout. I part-exchanged a watch toward a new purchase, and the trade-in was collected the same day and received the following day. Once my payment cleared, my new watch was delivered the very next day. A full turnaround in about 48 hours, which was seriously impressive. Everything arrived well packaged and exactly as expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Swiss Horology to friends or family.

Absolutely phenomenal experience buying a JLC Reverso from this company. The watch was virtually new with plenty of factory stickers still applied, at a phenomenal price.
The team went above and beyond to make sure I get my new watch ahead of Christmas, sending one of their associates to deliver it personally to my house at 6pm on Christmas Eve. This is exceptional customer service that not even the most premium luxury brands deliver. Just incredible.

Swiss Horology are quite special, combination of fair pricing, absolute transparency,and totally deliver on what they say. As a 72 year old who was very nervous of the whole platform they did everything possible to make the process painless!! Also its fast, timelines are agreed and adhered to. Super customer experience. Part exchanged a watch purchase - very fair deal in my opinion. The service from Dia and colleagues went over and beyond. This included picking up my old watch from my home for authentication the following day, and then also delivering the new watch to my home. I was immobile due to an injury so very much appreciated this.

I enquired about a watch on line via Whattsapp over a weekend and Dia from SH responded immediately. He offered me a fantastic value for two of my watches against my chosen piece from his web site. On the Monday he arranged to have them collected and once they were in his hands there was not the usual low balling by other dealers which is normally the case. He arranged for my new watch to be dispatched and a delivery date was scheduled. I asked him to adjust the bracelet to my wrist size and once this was carried out it was apparent that I would need additional links. These were not in the box so he sent one of his colleagues out to the Vacheron store to purchase two new links and there was no question on any additional payments, just a very honest response. My watch arrived today and it is like a brand new piece totally blown away with the quality all round. Dia from Swiss Horology is a true gentleman and sets an example to all other watch traders on how it should be done, well done SH and the team.

Outstandingly responsive. Managed to do a deal on a watch on a Sunday afternoon via WhatsApp and secure messaging. I had not expected to hear back until Monday. Watch was shipped by insured courier as soon as I paid and was exactly as described. Very easy to deal with and superlative service which I simply cannot fault. Would have no hesitation recommending.

Very good transaction. I recently bought a watch from Dia at Swiss Horology, once the deal was agreed the watch was immediately shipped and arrived within 24 hours.

They are fine when they are trying to sell something. Less great if there's an issue.

Been looking for an Omega Spectre for months. One came up on Swiss Horology at best price I'd seen anywhere. Slightly hesitant as not heard of company before. Very easy to communicate with on the online chat system. Item as described with all the paperwork and relevant bits included. Delivery through DHL took a few days.

One aftersales issue occurred but was dealt with to my satisfaction.

Finally purchased my dream watch - my first Patek (5930 world time).
The team were amazing from start to finish. Very courteous, reliable and informative. The watch was received within 24 hours of purchasing, and was better than expected.
