Ordered it more than two weeks ago and still have not received my jump ropes. The delivery lag time is ridiculous. In 16 days, I've also received 8 marketing emails, which is excessive.

I ordered the Untangled Beginner Bundle and l received it really quickly considering l live in Australia. The skipping rope is excellent quality and the Untangled App is way beyond what l expected, there are so many instruction videos, progression advice, nutrition advice and recipes, a community board where l can ask questions, it’s all fantastic. The customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend Swissskip, they are the real deal. Thank you.

I ordered the beginner’s bundle that comes with the lifetime membership and I got the rope delivered in just 2 weeks which isn’t long. Moreover, when I contacted customer service to activate my lifetime membership, their response was very prompt and got it all sorted out quite quick. The rope has a very smooth nice finish and for me it’s quite a good quality and it definitely is more fun and easier to jump rope with it compared to the other speed rope I got. I’m not sure as to how far the bad reviews go as I was hesitant at first when reading them but I’m very glad I made the order and am very satisfied with the product and customer service. Keep it up guys!

They are very good at responding quickly to questions quickly. The product is fabulous and the workouts on the app they have are great.

Took 1 month to get it and now then wont reply on their emails nor website forms.

I’m 6ft4 says online the product fit for 6ft5 people literally to small for me and I’m a foot off the max height.

Don’t even reply to this with drop me a message on email I’ve done all of this before useless company save your money people buy from honest company

My order was excellent, the ropes the color is nice , only comment in the order bringing just one schedule or calendar card , , my order was 3 ropes . But only bringing one ..but Thank you so much , I enjoyed the promotion, haha , great !!

I haven’t started to use my ropes (yet!) but their customer service was fantastic when I had a question about the app! So efficient I couldn’t even believe it! ☺️

I bought the weighted tope and LOVE IT much better quality from another ropes I had in the past. I just bought 3 more.

I was hoping it would be a little heavier, but I still hope to learn how to use it. Customer service was excellent. Shipping was fairly quick. All in all, satisfactory overall.

During the order of the Beginner bundle I've received a notification to expect little delay - it was still during a big promotion campaign so it was expected, but I did received the package within mentioned time frame. The quality of the ropes is superior, but I had issues with the app - I wasn't able to start any course and was asked for subscription even though a Lifetime access for the app is included in the bundle, so I've reached out support. They've replied me pretty quickly and did solved my issue successfully. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the experience I had so far with the company (shipment, quality of the products, support resonsivness & knowledge) and wish them many more conquered peaks!

Not happy with the skipping rope. If I had gone for the weighted one, I would've loved it - definitely good quality, but for the standard version it's not worth the price and wait, having it shipped to Australia.
I'm disappointed now that I didn't go for the weighted option, but no way of knowing until you receive the product. I expected more for that price. :/

I ordered a rope from a company registered in Switzerland only to have to wait for 1 month to get a cheap product from China which was rather disappointing and annoying. The quality is very basic and most ropes on Amazon would have been the same poor built, cheaper and would have arrived within a day or 2.

I bought three jump ropes (beaded, accelerate and weighted) on a buy two, get one free deal. They took almost three weeks to arrive, which I understand is due to shipping from China/Asia, rather than a warehouse in Europe as I had believed, being a swiss site.

I cut them to length the day of arrival and used the beaded and weighted ones today. Happy with both. The weighted one is plastic/pvc? And you can definitely feel the difference in your arms.

I'm new to skipping, but my wire jump rope lasted less that 30 days of skipping before snapping. These feel sturdy and like they'll last a good amount of time.

Very happy with the purchase but I've only used once. Delivery was slow but not a problem other than my wire rope broke the day after I purchased so I was desperate for them to arrive.

Ordered beginner bundle (which includes lifetime access to the App) and skipping mat on 11th December, still haven't received my order despite website saying 5 to 10 working days for delivery. No response to my emails about this. Cannot understand why immediate access to the app is not given when it has been purchased. To add insult to injury, I am receiving constant emails asking me to review the products that I have not received.

Am inspired to exercise based on videos of swisskip users. I cannot jump rope apparently as i did try with a bad knee and ankle and shoulder and no coordination at all and it did not work for me as i am unable to jump fast enough or swing the rope fast enough. So, I then just held the rope and tried jumping up and down without swinging it but pain stopped me. The rope is not rope at all but it is pvc and lightweight and it was buy two get one free.. I honestly don't know how to get the lightweight rope working without a lot of effort to move fast. I am not that far along yet. It woukd take getting in shape and a lot of practice. I opted for the beaded rope for the free one and it works way better for a beginner since it is a bit heavier. I decided on just stretching and trying yoga before trying the jump rope again. The jump rope is my inspiration to get started exercising. maybe one day it will work for me.
