Fake company

Fake company. Past 39 days since I made the order and still waiting for their Swisstrack bike GPS. Thomas Bauer is the customer service man who still response to my emails but the product is missing. They don't have real address or direct contact. Scammers. Avoid it or you will loose your money. I'm starting fight for my money.

This company is a scam. Good reviews are fake.

All good reviews here are fake. This company is a scam. Don't get caught out by them. I was eventually able to get my money back for the garbage they sent me because my credit card company could reverse their charge. That was the only way because they simply ignored my multiple refund requests. Don't waste your money/time dealing with them. Go elsewhere.

Overpriced piece of junk!

This tracker does not work - it is an overpriced piece of junk. All told it probably worked for max 2 days but even then it was inaccurate by about 100metres. Avoid buying at all cost as it is just not worth the headache. Thankfully I have got insurance for my bike because I certainly couldn't rely on this tracker!

I ordered a GPS tracker for my car in…

I ordered a GPS tracker for my car in December and it never arrived. They shipped it but have no tracking information, which I find ironic. Their customer service promised to resolve the issue weeks ago but did nothing. I held my credit card payment so at least they will not get paid.
I bought another tracking and received it within 3 days. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs
The product is a cheap, badly made and in our case unworkable piece of chinese junk.
The "company" is NOT a European operation, staffed by people who understand how to observe good customer service, they flatly refuse to engage with my request for a refund after the product was completely unsuitable for its intended use.
PLease don't get caught out like us, save your time and money, go elsewhere to a reputable and trustworthy supplier!

USELESS GPS BIKE tracker…

Rebranding of cheap Chinese gps tracker without actually putting a swisstrack label on the tracker - quite USELESS ONCE INSTALLED IN THE BIKE- went offline and stayed offline. Difficulty to obtain refund after verified return of the GPS.
Swisstrack is a scam, their bike tracker does not work once installed in the frame as advertised, I bought this tracker and wasted a huge amount of time to install and understand it- it is not fit for purpose. There are lots of fake reviews on Trustpilot, mine is genuine.
This company drowns out real reviews with fake positive reviews - you will need to use VISA chargeback if you buy a bike tracker from Swisstrack as they will rip you off with a bike tracker that doesn't work and will not refund you on return

Buyers Beware!

I ordered a SwissTrack tracker and SIM card on AUG 14, 2020 & received it 21 days later. Right out of the package & correctly following instructions, the SIM card would not slide into device's slot. After a several email exchanges with SwissTrack customer service to resolve the problem, I am being ignored. Thankfully, only $163.90 USD has been stolen from me and not $1,639. I wish I had found their bad reviews on Trustpilot before I became a victim of SwissTrack! Buyers Beware!!!
Have you noticed the positive reviews do not mention the tracker itself. One review even says the product fits well and is comfortable. Duh???
Iff you go to SwissTrack's website, you will see their tracker has a Swiss red cross label attached to it. The tracker they sent me had no such label attached to it, which makes me suspect they sent me a previously "used" device. I would not be surprised if they knowingly and intentionally sent me a defective product. This is why they ignore me and others who have posted complaints about them.
The more I read of the positive reviews, the more I am convinced they are FAKE! SwissTrack is a SCAM!

Don’t purchase this product

Don’t purchase this product. From the moment I tried to buy on-line I should have abandoned the purchase. Impossible to pay via their website. Once payment was received, I had to write to them to enquire about delivery. They sent me the product only after I asked about it. Once received, I had to put it together - which required lots of research online, as they’re user’s manual was written for engineers. Despite their website’s “Swiss” branding and claim of European Union subsidisation, the APP needed to use the GPS tracker is Chinese. Finally, the battery and the GPS box were too big to fit into my mountain bike! So I can’t use it. When I wrote back to them their answer was “We have checked the product and it is working - no technical failure!” (yes, including the explanation mark) so I guess the adage “caveat emptor” is applicable here.
