Never received package. When ordering from swissx, the payment is automated but the package is never sent. No order confirmation, no shipping confirmation. No one responds to any email, contact form or phone number. Tried them all.
Ordered 100grams cbd cannabis,a skywalker haze vape pen and 2 chocolate balls for around 500€,they accepted my money but i did not get any confirmation about payment
And they dont answer to mail or chat in anyway.more than 3 months later i finally get a package with i had 2 pay taxes (35euro) cause they shipped it from the USA and not Switzerland as they claim on their site when i opened the package only 3 prerolled stickies and 10 bags of 5 grams whas in it.taste,smell and look was dissapointing no way near the photo on the site it was overgrown, almost (some buds had) rotten cause it was 2 moist.then 2 months or so later i had 2 go to the police cause customs intercepted a package containing illegal drugs they tested it and was above the eu regulations but there where no chocolate balls SO it was the worst experience ever
