I haven't used solicitors to buy property for many year before everything was done electromically. Previously always dealt with one person. I found it difficult dealing with 3 people and with everything being online. When looking for a certain letter it was difficult as I had to open many emails. I think it would help if the email had a brief title as to the contents of the email. As I will be 80 next month I did find the online form filling and signing a bit challenging but having done it once I think I would be more confident.
When I wanted help everyone I spoke to was very helpful which I appreciated. I am selling another flat and will certainly use you again.

We instructed Switalskis for the sale and purchase of our current and new home. Stef and her team were absolutely brilliant. We were constantly kept up to date with everything that was going on. We ended up having a few bumps in the road and Stef talked us through everything so we understood. Stef is fantastic at her job and even though the bumps were frustrating, we were glad she did her job thoroughly.

Very impressed with Switalskis Solicitors who kept us informed regularly throughout the process of the house sale regularly particularly the last two days which was a bit stressful.

11 months is far too long a time for what should have been a relatively simple assignment.
I also thought there was a lack of communication with me. I didn't really know what was going on.
