I recently had my gas boiler serviced by Dan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work.
Dan carried out a thorough inspection and explained everything in clear, simple terms, which really put my mind at ease. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before he left.
It’s not often you find someone so reliable and genuinely dedicated to doing a great job. I’ll definitely be calling Dan again for any future boiler work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a gas engineer.

I was heavily pregnant in the middle of December when our boiler stopped working. Daniel was incredibly helpful and came out to look the very next morning. He gave us a few options but we agreed a new boiler would be the best decision for us moving forward. It was installed within the next day and he even came back a few days later to double check everything was as it should be while taking his time to demonstrate the hive system. I ended up going into labour that weekend so I can’t thank him enough for sorting it before we got home! Excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend switch heat. Thank you!

Excellent service and professionalism. We were delighted with standard of work carried out. Engineer explained the full process of works to be undertaken. Also the price of supply of materials and labour was very very competitive.
Eilidh from the office was very helpful when booking me in for a new boiler, found me the best product for price & got me booked in super quickly. Daniel who came and fitted the boiler done a top job and showed us how everything new worked and answered any questions we had.
Thanks to the team for getting my house back to being nice & toasty!

This week I had my annual service and had no hesitation in calling SwitchHeat to do the work .
