Who knew that switching broadband could be a joy?
Apart from saving us money on our church phone and broadband, the SwitchAid team have been immensely helpful, friendly, professional and very contactable.
I highly customer focused team
I came upon SwitchAid via an internet search while looking for a more cost effective broadband connection for our church. We had tested '3's 5g offering and found that it would not support 'port forwarding' which we needed to access and support our Raspberry Pi website at the church. Nathan Gudgeon picked up my call and suggested that SwitchAid could provide a '3' 4g service that would meet our needs (and incidentally slightly cheaper than the '3' offering). Nathan organised everything and the router (supplied by SwitchAid) arrived swiftly and completely set up. We had some initial problems with 'port forwarding' but with the technical support of Lee Clark, which involved him liaising with '3' to provide new APN details, all is now working to our requirement. Having dealt with a number of telecoms suppliers both in my working life and in retirement I have to say that the dedication of Nathan and Lee made the customer experience above and beyond any other that I have encountered. Wonderful experience & Service
It's a wonderful experience working with Switch Aid, to get the broadband connection for our Scout hut. The Scout hut is located in a building which is very old(100 years +) and never had a phone line and or broadband connection till date. From the time I've been in touch with Switch Aid to get a broadband connection for the Scout hut, they strived very hard to identify the location, provide the competitive quote, install the broadband line through one of theirs service providers. Sent the router to a different address provided, and followed up until the broadband connection was live and active.
James McCallum(Account Manager) and Jack Luck(Technical Support Executive), both were very kind, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. They walked me through the complete process end to end, and guided me appropriately, where required.
Highly appreciate their service and would surely recommend them to anyone. I would also like to highlight that both Jack and James were very responsive and very good with their communication, throughout the process.

We had a problem with the internet ceasing to work and Lee was an amazing support when it was discovered BT had pulled our line out of their cabinet which in turn caused the router to mal function! Remotley Lee and the BT engineer managed to get us back on line. Thank you Lee!
