appalling company and service! its been 3 months since we have completed work for this company and they will not take calls or return messages , we are awaiting for payment for the works completed - 3months and nothing despite chasing.
the office is a switchboard that will not put you through through to any accounts or other department, I leave several messages a week and no-one gets back to me - strongly avoid to keep away from this company ! - don't pay their bills - do not call you back and cannot speak to anyone in their offices

Please do not waste your time with this company After 9 months of wait and stress I was told by craig I got nothing to lose it was just a government grant and you didn’t get it .

GREEN HOMES GRANT VOUCHERS!!!
After filling in a tremendously lengthy form for Green Homes Grant vouchers and also numerous correspondence with our installer "Switched-on-Energy Professionals" which spanned over a year 2020 to 2021; I have been informed that due to Switched-On not having registered the photos that were taken of our bungalow before and after our garage conversion (for roof insulation etc) that they are unable to redeem our 3 vouchers for: £3,300: £1,530 and £2,280! (I have proof of all the aforesaid amounts). The photos were taken by an assessor called Joshua. Whatever happened to those photos? What an absolute waste of time. Also the Green Homes Grant Scheme contacted the installer many times I was told to finalise our vouchers. We have the voucher numbers but were refused the grant due to Switched-on-Energy's incompetence!!

PS Perhaps I should call them Switched-Off-Energy Assessors!!!

What a Waste of time , please don’t waste your money and time with this company they are the expert when it comes to lie , their team are always off sick or moving homes or weather excuses.
