You’ve got to hand it to them: Switchkraft presented a compelling campaign on Instagram. I was originally quoted a two-week fulfillment time. Two weeks have passed, and to my surprise, the order has been pushed to May. I’ve contacted them several times, but they haven’t responded.

My son placed an order with a gift card recieved for Christmas. Same experience as others have described. Advertises up to 7 days for an order. Weeks went by without tracking. Being an excited young person, reached out for an estimated time frame. Was told 9 weeks! Then came emails of an updated order tracking system. Everyday the new system gave a different time frame of 2 weeks to 9 more additional weeks. When we reached out to clarify....a rude, presumptuous response of the order being canceled was recieved. All the while the "company" continues to promote all over social media taking new orders without fulfilling previous orders. SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT ORDER.

Pretty much the same experience everyone else has had. They promised 2 weeks, cried about not having enough workers and that it would be a month.... Now it's almost 2 months and I'm getting no response. This company is a complete hoax!!

Ordered on 12/27 for son's birthday on 1/26. The website said orders ship in 5-7 days. But then 2 weeks later, I got an email that they are "just a two person team" and orders are now backed up 6-8 weeks. I've sent two emails and a Facebook message for an update - NO REPLY whatsoever. They continue to run paid ads on Facebook to promote themselves, and their website doesn't warn anyone that they are very badly backed up. But they continue to take orders???

UPDATE: contacted them via Instagram and got a quick reply. They looked into my ignored emails, and they had gone into spam. So they were responsive... but my son's item is still expected to ship by... early April. Ordered late December.

Placed an order over a month ago with no updates. Reached out to customer service just to get some clarification on when I might receive the order. They said their lead time was approximately 2 weeks and I reminded them that it had been almost a month for mine. Instead of giving me any information, they just cancelled my order. I explicitly asked them not to cancel in the emails we exchanged. I just wanted an idea on when I might receive the toy which had been meant as a Xmas gift. Total scam.
