Dreadful - avoid.

These are complete rubbish. The other reviews must surely be fake. The barrel only takes a small part of your hair in and it tangles and is a nightmare to remove. Absolute waste of money and you can only get a refund if the product is faulty. What does that tell you? Would give zero stars if I could.

We are sorry to hear you didn't like your curler. The good news is we have a 14 days refund policy. If you wish to return your curler, it is required to send us an email and request a refund. Please apologies for the misunderstanding.

We understand using a new product can be tricky, but with some practice you can get great results as seen on all our videos. It is proven to work and I would kindly redirect you to our socials in order to watch more tutorials.

We advise you to place a small strand of hair inside the barrel. If your hair is being caught, it is only because you have added too much hair inside. Also, please make sure your hair is brushed and there are no tangles before using the curler.

Original product! Love it! It does exactly what it says – it's cordless which makes the hair wand easy to use. I love the fact that I never burn my fingers with this. Shipping was super fast. Thank you!
