I was contacted by Oliver after completing an online form. I wasn't particularly hopeful and ignored his call a few times. However, he was persistent and continued to keep calling. Once I spoke to him, he was incredibly supportive and understood my objectives. He quickly identified a fund I could access and the finance was in my account within a few days.
