Unbeatable for advice, service and quality.
I had a great experience with South West Optics. The advice, Russell, gave was invaluable and he really knows his stuff. He recommended an excellent bit of kit for watching wildlife, and discovering things you never knew were there. I've been happily using it every opportunity I get. The next day delivery was unbeatable. A good old fashioned company who are passionate about the products they sell, and happy to offer advice. Will definitely be using again in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Service was great
Service was great. The Binoculars I purchased online arrived promptly and well packaged. I phoned the store for advice before making a decision on which to buy. They were very helpful. I haven’t used the binoculars yet as they were a gift.

Excellent advice and help…
Called for some advice before buying and very impressed by the easy honesty chat. No pressure, no urgency to get off the phone. Just gutted they are literally 359 miles away from me, so not exact my local.
