The Final Fantasy Advent Children Buster Sword from Swordskingdom UK is a masterpiece. The design is spot-on, and the materials used are top-notch. Highly recommend it to any Final Fantasy enthusiast.

Worst company! Repeatedly lied about my order being dispatched. Ordered 2 items and only received the one. Repeatedly chased up my other item yet no response and being removed from chat function on their website. Disgusting service. Nothing but thieves taking peoples money and not delivering the goods. Just stole £65 off me.

A complete scam of an alleged business. Ordered a sword on November 15, 2023. Never received it. After waiting about a month with no communication from these thieves I attempted contact. Used their supposed live chat on their site and clearly a bot or whatever assured me they were on it and gave me a tracking number (which was never registered). It is now February of 2024 and after two other occasions of contacting their bogus chat and being assured they were sending and later re-sending the sword I filed a fraud charge with my credit card company. They are nothing but liars and thieves and stole $200 from me. DO NOT BUY from this FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

Utterly horrendous company, payment taken instantly, then weeks with no contact and no item, multiple emails sent with no reply. Avoid at all costs.

The quality of the sword delivered is terrible. Markings, hilt - this should have never passed QC. I have been trying to contact Swords Kingdom for weeks as I wanted to return the item, but there's absolutely no response to emails and WhatsApp messages. I do not recommend.

Crap company, have been trying to contact them for over a week to return an item and get a refund and I either get no repsonse from them or just get fobbed off on the chat. Probably going to be taking this further with my bank because they are breaching all consumer laws. I would not recommend buying anything from them. The sword I ordered from them they actually bought from another company and sent to me because all of the documents were attached to the box ,order number #18283

DO NOT USE! BEWARE! Sword arrived broken on 15th December. I reported this within an hour and sent the various photos they asked for. Several emails were then ignored. I used the online chat and they lied and said they had replied then they ended the chat. I posted a review here and then suddenly they contacted me and said would send a replacement but BLACKMAILED me saying I must remove my review first. I did that and guess what? still no replacement and no refund and now they are ignoring me again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are in breach of all consumer laws and lie to their customers. I am reporting to trading standards so the company may be shut down so BEWARE of ordering anything from them. Note they have no phone number to call them which is a warning sign itself.

Attempted to buy butterfly knife at my son. Had picked out on this site.. I paid $95 to get nothing in return. I have not received a tracking number nor the item and I cannot reach anyone. This happened on December 5th and I have documentation to prove. It's an awful feeling when you only have so much money to buy Christmas and someone just literally steals it from you and there's nothing you can do! Do not buy from these people!!! You won't get anything in return!

I can’t see why anyone would give this company more than 1star I would give 0if it was an option I didn’t get any order confirmation they don’t reply to emails. No one answering the phone and 12 days later I still have nothing. The only contact is the live chat and they blocked me from that when I told them I was not happy. Please stay away. After leaving my review they managed to contact me. Hahaha not something they could do when I was asking for order confirmation I have now received a refund but please be warned I know people who have ordered from them and had no issues but this review is based on my experience

Update from my last review, Only because sword kingdom are trying to have my review removed like many other of the bad reviews on here, that have received emails asking for myself to remove my review and email from trust pilot giving 2 days for a update or review will be removed.
Bad reviews should not be removed they reflect a true and accurate account of customer experience shopping with them. Everything I have written to date is true and has been a horrible experience shopping with them, something I don’t recommend and I personally would not do again. Sword kingdom is needing to review and make changes to their buying and shipping methods. As a customer I have every right to know where my purchase is and where and when my purchase will be shipped and transparency of where my purchase is being shipped from, I also have a right to receive good customer service , the one they claim to give on there website but don’t!
My purchase did finally arrive, just as well I was at home because I had the whole of 20 minutes from receiving a text from dpd to delivery. Parcel arrived in a cardboard box , taped up so badly and tightly that I had no option but to burst open the cardboard box to check my delivery was intact and correct ( not great when it was for a present ) there is no presentation box to gift it in, so I had to go buy one. Quality of my product is not great for the price paid it’s cheap looking and is not a accurate description of what was advertised on the website and since my experience with sword kingdom from start to finish has been a stressful and time consuming one I will cut my losses and not even bother to send it back, especially when I read the other customer reviews and experiences of returned items and the hassle they have had. Sword Kingdom’s website needs to be clear and transparent something which it is not! Shipping details also need to be clear and absolutely tracking should be provided and within a reasonable time frame. Sword kingdom where keen to jump on my review and all of a sudden seem to know my delivery was to arrive that day, but where unable to give that information to myself right up to the day of delivery as they said it’s not there problem when it arrives and can not provide that information before cutting off the live chat and blocking myself from responding and asking any more questions. tracking number took me to a unknown website and not DPD. It is therefore of my option that The production of this company absolutely still needs looking into. The amount of bad reviews reflect a true customer experience and god knows how many more they have had removed instead of making positive and productive changes to the way they run there business. Had as much time and effort been spent improving the service they offer as they have spent trying to remove negative reviews than maybe customers would not feel the need to complain about the service they have received. I still do not recommend anyone shop here. Do not give them your hard earned cash run and spend it at a reputable and trustworthy seller that actually ship from the UK with better quality products, good customer service and can provide tracking details without fobbing customers off by giving continuous false and inaccurate information. How dare you sword kingdom take peoples money and then provide such a terrible service to your customers and have the cheek to ask for negative reviews to be removed. DO BETTER!
FURTHER UPDATE Sword Kingdom I have now received multiple emails asking for the same details multiple times, the reason sword kingdom has done this is they are Continuing to try and have my review removed this has been going on for nearly two weeks and is harassment, another reason why I do not recommend anyone shop with them. SWORD KINGDOM I purchased from you’s, I had to endure a terrible experience while waiting for delivery and having to talk with your customer service , once delivered I was not happy with my purchase and YES have left a review of my experience. STOP trying to have my review removed and Stop harassing me multiple times a week to respond to why I left a review and threatening that if I don’t respond my review will be removed. I have submitted this information multiple times now and again it is a shame you didn’t spend as much time responding to the emails and messages of where my order was after being placed and taking my money.

Similarly to others on here I paid for a sword with them and they were quick to deliver the first, slightly cheaper one, then the second one I had zero confirmation of dispatch so I tried to message multiple times, emailed and called to no avail and felt I was being deliberately ignored so I ended up having to go through the bank to get my money back.

Would give 0 stars. Being given false information, and now blocked from making contact. I ordered a sword for my son this Christmas, told it would arrive in time, prior to me ordering. And told I would get trackin. First time I asked for tracking, they said it would be dpd and to check emails in the evening. Nothing. Then I asked again, was given another courier, ups, and told to await email for tracking in the evening. Again, nothing. Over £100, and was my sons main present. Now I'm stuck as I don't have the funds for anything, and he will be the only one without a main. I'm absolutely heartbroken, and it's ruined this Christmas. Bank won't intervene until 15 days have passed from making the purchase. When I go onto my orders on their website, it now says I don't have any. Well and truly SCAMMED!

The worst business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Thought I'd grab a blade as a gift. Spoke to their stupid bot who told me things would ship same day, purchased and now its been some time and 0 updates.

Contacting the seller gained nothing but finally the bot had a tracking number.

The tracking is still awaiting collection and nothing has been done to prove they'll ship it.

Luckily it was only £70 so I'm fine to contact my bank and get a refund but this is horrendous behaviour and I will be filing a charge back.

Avoid this business like the plague, its horrible and should be shut down.

I had ordered a sword and did not recieve any confirmation emails. I tried contacting the company by email and WhatsApp and they never responded. I contacted them via live chat and I was advised when my item would be dispatched. Again I did not receive any emails. After a few days I contacted them again via live chat and was advised of a delivery day. I waited for the delivery day and the item did not arrive. I am now 3 working days past delivery date. The company is not responding to WhatsApp or emails and now there is no live chat. I have tried to comment on the fb page under the pictures they are posting but they just remove my comments. UPDATE: since leaving the review, Swords Kingdom contacted me to apologise for the lack of contact and delay with my order which was caused through an increase in orders over the Halloween period and presented me with options to resolve the situation. On this occasion I opted for a refund which they processed the same day and I now have my money back.

Robbers ordered in august never received anything avoid this company like the plague

The Sword was delivered just in 6 days after placing the order and the quality of the sword is worth the money.
I will buy from here again.

Ordered & payed for a sword on the 25th March 2023. Received an email stating I have to pay remote delivery charges, but no details of how to pay it. Contacted by Live Chat, I was told I would receive an invoice by email. No email received. Live Chat no longer works. I have emailed many times to 3 different emails, but no response. Now dealing with my bank for a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Well I can’t praise these guys enough, brought both Bleach Zangetsu Shikai and Bankai, the packaging was brilliant, communication by text amazing and the quality stunning, I will definitely be ordering more, I highly recommend
