I was looking for a Buster Sword from Final Fantasy for an up coming event.
I Found a Buster sword in black edition on this site. But i was hesitant about the quality and the service by reading mixed reviews as their prices are also very low.
Honestly i didn't want to drain my money.
I contacted the live chat. Ami was there to assist me. I asked a few questions about the product and Ami gave me every answer. The Buster was a little expensive for me so they gave me a 10% discount coupon.
They informed me about the VAT and that was not a problem for me.
After 3 days my order was dispatched in 3 days my Buster arrived in UK and took two days for the clearance process but swordskingdom kept me updated every time i contacted them through live chat about my order.
The Product is amazing. I am very happy to have it. Value of money 10/10.
In short i am a happy customer with their quality and service.
A few customers might have some issues as this happens but i am happy with the service.
Will buy again!

I ordered a sword that arrived with a broken handle. Was able to contact the site--was advised to reach out myself to the carrier, but after doing this all was resolved and I received a replacement, which was in great condition, quickly afterward. And in time for the holiday!

Arrived in less then a week so very happy about that. I did have to paid a customs charge before DHL would deliver it, it would of been nice to know it was coming from another country but I’m definitely happy with the quality of the swords and shield. A packing mistake was made and the scabbards weren’t put in but I’m still happy as my refund was given back within the week. I would happily use swords kingdom uk again.

I ordered Cloud Buster Sword from Swordskingdom.
The quality of buster is satisfactory.
However i have to pay £16 VAT. But I'm happy with the quality.

Hadhafang Arwen Sword Replica Dark edition.
This sword is made in Pakistan and shipped by DHL. When I found out I was not a happy man. However after some on line chat with Ami whom runs the business in the UK I went ahead with my purchase which arrived in 8 days. The quality of the sword is good and I would use Swords Kingdom again. It seems many replica swords are manufactured in China and Pakistan.

Very easy to find and order exactly what I was looking for, I certainly anticipate future orders with swordskingdom.

- ordered a Squall Gunblade.
- received an email to be told it's not in stock. After checking the website it STILL says it's in stock, so they've taken my money and not updated the stock.
- I said that's fine, can I exchange it for another sword?
- I received 1 sentence responses, no info and no resolution over 8 days of correspondence.
- requested a refund.
- got a screenshot as "proof" from a totally different date, customer, and amount.
- most likely wont see my money back, looking at the other reviews on here.
- all in all 100% feels like I've been scammed. Don't buy from here.

[EDIT] - They have refunded me but I won't be editing this as they're still taking money for items that aren't in stock and how unprofessional they've been.
[EDIT2] - It says they tried to get in contact and I didn't respond and on the contrary, I gave them info on what they could do to try and improve the experience and they didn't listen. Instead they're spending their time and energy trying to remove this review twice now.

I bought a sword from Swords Kingdom. Superb price and very good quality.
Yes, it came from Pakistan, but honestly, the £18 import duty was nothing.
Amil at Swords Kingdom was brilliant, he kept me informed as to the progress of my order, provided me with tracking information and was a pleasure to talk to. We communicated predominantly through the web chat, but emails were informative and frequent. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them in future.

Dangerous!!! Ordered with no mention they were shipping from Pakistan. Had duty fees and then item was seized by border force. Emails to sword kingdom ignored as no telephone number. Online chat useless. Messed about. Raising dispute with my bank as company ignoring me about refund. Need to report to trading standards

Would of give 5* but they fail to mention that you have an import duty to pay upon delivery other than that am quite happy with the sword.

- Bought Hadhafang.
- Took 7 weeks to receive item.
- The markings on the hilt were faded and missing in portions.
- Had to remove a lot of excess glue from hilt.
- They neglect to tell you that item is shipped from India, so you have to pay an import fee to receive it in Europe.
- The blade itself looks good though, but the very faded markings mean that I will probably not display it anywhere in my house.

Arrived very quickly, well packed, great quality swords and very reasonabley priced

Great product but didn't know it was coming from Pakistan and there were import duties to pay - so long delay - little communication and extra to pay.

great quality product and service however hd to ask for a confirmation of order and an invoice to get it through customs. Happy with the quality of build for the price.
