This company does not reply to emails. I simply asked to speak to a US rep as opposed to someone from the Philippines as I have the previous 12 times because my time is valuable and not having them speak English as a first language is frustrating. Is Swyft even based in the US?????

Truly dreadful
Truly dreadful. Working in conjunction with trademark engine, they conspire together to get you to put in a trademark application then continue to unlawfully bill you thereafter. So many payments have came out of my bank unauthorised, despite getting a refund for a botched trademark application whereby they didn't bother checking if there were any clashes (there was) meaning the application was dudd and pointless and would get kicked out. No consultation call as promised. The whole thing is a SHAM/SCAM
