The display works
The display works, but it’s definitely not new. It has many scratches and looks like it’s been used for a long time before being sent to me. I expected a brand-new item, not one that seems second-hand.

Dishonest and untrustworthy business…
Dishonest and untrustworthy business owner.
I paid for a repair for my kid's escooter. When I tried the scooter at home it had a separate fault. I messaged the owner but he implied that I was lying.
No respect for his customers and a man with no integrity.
He then proceeded to cut off any further calls and ignored my messages. I have read other reviews about this appalling customer service and I can understand why.

Great service. Pascual got straight back to me and had my scooter fixed and serviced within a day. He was open about pricing and sent me lots of pictures via WhatsApp of the condition and status of the repairs. Highly recommend and would use again.

Pascual helped me massively throughout my experience with Scoot Citi. Very knowledgable and professional, I was very impressed with the final job and have had no further issues with my scooter since.
