As with another user, the company is making it impossible to refund an order of three tops totaling $129. I asked how to return the items, and they said they'd give me $40 "compensation" to keep it all. I said no. Then they offered $60, then $80. I finally relented. They said they had "refunded the money" to the account I used to pay. When I asked to see a confirmation number of the funds transfer they said I would see the money "in a week." I said I needed to see proof of the transaction today. No response. This is not a company with proper business practices.
Excellent customer service is the highlight of this company. I believe they should mention that their clothing runs small.

worst customer service ever. They won't reimburse me for a dress that has 0 shape and the quality of the fabric is horrible.
Don't buy from them it's a headache to deal with them afterward.
I ordered this top at the end of April. I had to follow up with them in regards to having it shipped as I received no notifications or email confirmations.
I finally received the item on May 17th, opened it and it is not 65% cotton and 35% elastane as listed. More like polyester exterior lining with a terry cloth (maybe cotton) interior lining. Not something I'd wear.
The website says easy returns but this is an outright lie. I have emailed several times making it very clear that I want to return the item for a full refund. (I expect to have to pay to ship it back.) No, such luck.
So far, they have offered $15 US in compensation and I can keep the item, another separate email asked if I wanted another size, I got a third email offer $25us and to keep the item (or alternatively I can pay to ship it back to them... I paid close to $60 us for this), then yet another email offering 15$ us and to keep the item. This is hardly an 'easy return' process as listed on their website. Each time, I politely responded, saying, no, I would like to return the item for a full refund. Each time, they ignored my request with an offer listed above.
I WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I am normally more careful before ordering something online and while I checked reviews on the item, I failed to check the company's reviews. Hopefully this helps others. I have escalated through paypal and am hoping for a more reasonable resolution through them but who knows?
