Sydoll Won't Reply to a Customer over 2 Weeks After Sending Your Email
From two weeks ago until the present, I still haven't received any reply on the warranty arrangements of my sex doll. The last question I asked them, on 28/10/2025 is this: "I see. So does my doll's warranty coverage period have an expiration date? And if there is, what date will that expire?". That is the case, despite having already written a comprehensive review about the doll (Juana) on Dollforum. Fundamentally speaking, they show a lack of concern towards customers' issues and concerns.
