They are an amazing company the staff are really friendly I made an error in my initial order and they did everything possible to help me out the staff member that helped me was named lead thank you for all the help you provided me

Terrible. Took 3 weeks to arrive, and once they had - they were way more magnifying than my prescription, the lenses were so thick; like glaciers in 2004.
Lastly, looking through these glasses is impossible due to the motion sickness arousing crazy warp that happens at any movement of the head.
Look up how to return them because they are not correct or fit for purpose & they don't accept the return of prescription lenses even if they are wrong & they have the CHEEK to charge a $20 handling fee for the pleasure of me sending my own defective item back to them.
Best paid postie in the World right there.
Pay for it cheap, pay for it twice.
Avoid this.

This is my 4th order from them, because I got new prescription last week.
As I messed some numbers in my 3rd order, this time I reached to support before making orders.
The support very thoughtfully provided all information, and helped me to make the order.
Everything worked smoothly.
Now I'm eagerly waiting for new glasses to arrive. ：）

I placed my order and last minute realised the prescription was wrong (my wrong doing) I contacted them stressed about the situation and although my order was already made and due to be shipped, they got the glasses changed right away. Couldn’t ask for more.

I got more than one pair of blue light protection glasses and they work great to reduce eye strain from using screens!

The glasses are an absolute game changer, I cannot look at any screens for more than 20mins without getting eye strain or a headache. Not with these lenses they help me Soo much thanks again syght glasses

I've worn glasses from a young child, from the minute I wake to when I close my eyes in bed, as my vision is shocking. Glasses are very important to me and I have very much paid the price for that by having been a loyal customer to a very well known high street optician, who has charged me hundreds of pounds for a pair of glasses with cheap frames for all these years. Even so I was reluctant to change as I didn't have faith in buying online. Well slap me with a wet kipper for not finding this "Amazing company" who has a Leaf too. How amazing is she!! This company with it's product range, price and how they deal with you puts the big boys to shame. My glasses thinned and delivered to my door in well thought out packaging with a screwdriver keyring and glasses strap all for £37, a fraction of the price I was paying, and the frame is better made too! In hindsight "Should have gone to SyghtGlass" 👍
