Fraud!
Very interactive and legit looking (even registered on gov.uk, which used to stand for something!) up to the point of receiving your money then no answer on anything including apartment address or check-in details.

how much longer will this company operate?? they should be in prison - they were reported a long time ago and people are still falling for it - shame on them and the law enforcement agencies - I hope everyone pays dearly for this..

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolute scam. Before booking we called & spoke to their office, searched business directory, all appeared to be legitimate.
Called to confirm our accommodation booking for next week. Phone disconnected, no response to emails. Thank goodness we realised before our family of 6 arrived in Rome with no where to stay.
Fraud, I am reporting the fraud to OLAF (anti fraud on Europe), and national authorities. I ask the remaining commentators do do the same. They do not send any check in information, neither address, and after payment they stop answering, I spent two days previous my check in, trying to call them and get any answer, I ended up needing to get a new hotel. I was scammed for the Herédia apartamento in Madrid, however it is the whole syktravel organization and London-Bridge Properties.
Took our money, apartmant didn’t exist!!! Don’t answer the phone for refund, AVOID THEM!
Scam - I will attach some photos of proof. Stay away from them. I have notified booking.com and aim to go and file a complaint in London at the police station next week and in Madrid this week.

We were with children on spot.
Nobody was there.
We called, emailed.... nobody came.

Our stay was great. The property was kept clean, and the rooms was nice and cozy. The staff from Syk Travel were kind and helpful. Location was convenient too. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
