When we experienced a water/rain leak on multiple triangle windows we were pretty desperate. We "survived"/emergency repaired with tape for the one remaining night and got home without further events. Except the one remaining triangle which popped out when unpacking at home for drying. Else, the Go is in great shape - including the rest of the tent but is already beyond the time at which I would dare to raise a warranty claim (+5 years).
I wrote to Sylvansport via the Chatbot for advice and options (repair/exchange), but customer service responded within an hour that I should initiate a warranty claim. OK!
I detailed the issue with a warranty claim on the same day (with photo) and on the next morning I had the invoice for exchange with cost of $0.00 in my mailbox - including shipment! I've got two updates until the replacement tent was shipped on the following Monday. I was stoked when it arrived on Tuesday noon, before I even attempted to check the courier tracking status! A new tent together with a new vestibule pole (over the door) and detailed change instructions. (I watched already the video on the website :-)
I cannot think of any recommendation on how to do better customer service! You are already on the top of all. Excellent customer service that I have not seen elsewhere before!

The trailer was delivered on the back if a flat bed with no protection from weather or debris. When it got to my location it was rolled off the ramp of the truck and was too heavy for the single driver to control as it came down the ramp and it went over the side and was high pointed - it did some cosmetic damage to the underside and popped a light out. As the damage was minimal and the light was fixable I made it no issue.
But the interior tables, table support and inner surface of the plastic clam shell was covered in a greasy like material. Which spread onto the mattresses.
We were told to just try and clean it off with a list of different chemicals which we did with a varied amount of success. This was disappointing due first to the fact this was an expensive item and it was delivered with this kind of issue. And when brought to the attention it was treated as I feel with little concern and the fact that we had to clean a brand new unit which did not get all clean was unsatisfactory

I love the trailer. It tows well, backs quite well for novice drivers, hooks up and unfolds quickly, and is wonderfully maneuverable by hand, even loaded with kayaks. My only frustration was that, based on some of the website pictures, we understood the trailer would have square loading bars and bought over $500 in used racks and cradles that couldn’t be returned or easily adapted to the oval bars, so we ended up with the additional expense of new racks. Other than that, the trailer has been lovely, and we expect years of use from it.

I recently bought a Go camper. There appeared to be one small defect, a lock. I filled out a warranty form and received an immediate response. Sylvan Sport shipped it immediately. I could not ask for more.

My Green Lid lock core melted. I did nor need to replace the entire lid. I was guided by the SylvanSport warranty towards the actual part number for the lock core mechanism. It was easy to install and my lock has new keys.

Hopefully they'll be able to repair it and put it back out into the world for someone to enjoy.

web page sucks, it is difficult to find replacement part section. it is not obvious from the main menu,had to go out and google replacement parts to get there. Most people woukd not take the time to do this.
