Shipping to Canada a killer
The parts arrived in good order and quickly. The problem eas with the carrier, FedEx. I live in Canada and their cross border fees are a killer. I paid an extra 50% on top of the purchase price to the carrier. I wish Sylvan would do a little research and offer options on shipping.

Superb to deal with
I have dealt with SylvanSport a couple of times since owning my GO. They are one of the best and most responsive customer services that i have ever dealt with. Even with this latest tent issue, they respond very quickly and honestly.
