Customer service responded quickly to my return request. They offered several options including a full refund. I will definitely order again from this company knowing that their customer support is top notch!

I was leary about purchasing at first. I've been burned by facebook ads in the past, but the quality was perfect, the cross necklace set was exactly what I wanted and months later when I had an issue with one of the chains, customer service sent me a new one, no problem. LIFETIME warranty! Excellent service.

I had an issue with one of the chains I purchased arriving broken. I sent an email and was promptly answered and assisted in getting a replacement.

Overwhelmingly good service. I received a necklace, but it came in the wrong color. I contacted customer service, and they sent a new order in the right color. Also, I get to keep the one in the wrong color.

Received my Duo necklaces and they look great, quality workmanship.
My experience started a bit shaky as i was supposed to receive a discount on my purchase but it wasn't applied.
I emailed the company several times with no response, i was becoming impatient, but ultimately heard from them and the credit was issued. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

Very nice quality and style of necklace. However, when I pulled the plastic off the medallion the chain broke. I contacted customer service by email. They responded quickly and asked for a picture of the broken item. I sent that and they immediately shipped a replacement. I couldn't really ask for anything more.

I had to make use of the "lifetime warranty" as my tennis bracelet broke. All I had to do was send a picture of the broken bracelet and it has been replaced and on its way with UPS. Excellent service and a very friendly and courteous support representative. Thank you Melody
