I ordered an XL jacket. What arrived was something that resembled an XXS. I couldn't get my arms or shoulders in it.
It states they are in Montreal but everything is made and shipped from China. The tag was in Chinese and the quality was cheap, cheap cheap. Scammmmmmers!
Total scam... items sent from China not dealing with anyone from Montreal. Been two weeks and stillhas not left sorting facility in China. Look elsewhere, buy beware!!!!!!
Sylvie & Odette Montreal seems to be running a huge scam. I ordered a shirt as per the picture shown on their website. When the order was filled after a few days, I got an email showing me that it is coming from Ontario, Canada. A week later the shipment details changed to show that it now coming from China. Finally, when I got the order after three weeks (instead of 5-8 business days) I was HORRIFIED to see that the shirt did not look anywhere close to the picture on their website. It looked like it was meant for a scarecrow. On the date of the receipt, I sent an email to ask for refund. I was offered 10% refund which was changed later to 15% refund when I declined. When I insisted on full refund, I was finally sent a return form which said that the return has to go to China at my cost. No where on their website it said that the returns will need to go to China. The name of the business prominently mentions Montreal. What a scam. BUYERS BEWARE.
