Poor reception signage and service
Poor experience getting to what I needed in time because of their reception desk.
First I couldn't find it -- there is no signage whatsoever -- neither at the main entrance nor at/near the reception which looks more-or-less just like another office.
After a kind person told me where to find it there was a queue -- becausr all the three staff members there were having a lengthy, casual conversation with the same person instead of dealing with the people waiting.

Dear Kristoffer,
As we are in the process of modernizing our entrance area, it’s true that the signage is not as good as it could be just now. The interior design and nudging expert on the project is designing brand new way finding and signage for us, which will arrive in a very short time. However, of course we hear what you are saying, and therefore we will print some temporary signs to ensure that all our guests can find the information and get help.
