Awful Customer Service, Awful Plushes
I ordered two plushes from the company for my niece's birthday. They only sent one. After spending almost two weeks trying to email them through various methods (replying to a shipping email, sending a new email, using their contact form) I got nowhere, they were ignoring me. I left a one star review on their website and complained, and like magic, they got in touch with me within a couple of hours. This set off a four day conversation where I had to fight to get a refund. At first they wanted to send me another plush and "a gift," trying to bribe me, but I wanted my money back. After a few days they finally agreed to give me a refund. However, I got no confirmation of the refund other than from the email, and when I asked when it was going to come through, they ignored me again. It was only after sending several more emails over the next two days that they finally actually sent the refund. I think it was all AI, as the person I was emailing never gave me their name or said more than ten or so words to me. Awful customer service, and the plush I did get wasn't all that great either. It had a nasty orange stain on it and it was covered in black dots.
