If I could give them a zero I would . Absolutely appalling company. My items haven't arrived and they are trying to still charge me for it . Stating it was my fault I put the wrong address on my order but my address automatically fills . Avoid avoid avoid .

You must avoid this company at all cost. Do not be fooled into using them. Also be aware that they sell via Klarna and Klarna will not step in to help when things go wrong! I have had the worst retail experience ever using Symmetrye. I wish I had done my research but I did not. If you have a problem with your order they WILL NOT help or assist with a return and will in fact give you every excuse not to return the item. Please note, this is a company that also operates and ships from China.

Absolutely rubbish they do not work what a joke!

Sleep patches - definitely do not work. I believe this is some type of scam. The patches stick to your arm, but that is about it. I went back to the Company but they could not be bothered and did not wish to offer any form of refund despite on their site a page relating to returns and refunds. I have now opened a case with my credit card company to investigate further. I saw an advertisement on Facebook with great reviews, I was taken in. They made no difference or improvement to my wretched sleep pattern.

Absolute rubbish do not work. I tried with one patch for 4 hours Still wide awake. Tried another still wide. Don't waste your money. They don't like giving you your money back either.

Don't waste your time or money with this lot! 4 months on and they refuse to give me a a refund. First heater broke, so poor quality. Second arrived cracked. They also tried to add an additional charge when purchased for no reason. Scam!

Bought the sleep patches as was hoping for some natural without taking tablets to help me sleep, 4 hours after applying patches was still wide awake and when I did eventually fall asleep I only slept for about 3 hours!! Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered sleep patches several days ago. Never arrived. This company is telling me to take it up with the vendor? I had no clue they are not liable. Also charged me 5 quid more on credit card than stated onmorder. Not impressed. I've asked for a full refund. BEWARE.

I ordered two of their plug in heaters and they are bloody useless maybe ok in a room the size of a telephone box gave up and got a super one from Tesco for £17 and absolutely brilliant .can’t remember the date but it was a couple of months ago and after reading the reviews I wouldn’t buy a thing from them so BEWARE

I ordered heaters 4th November no delivery no response to emails shocking service

Don't buy anything from here!! They sent me a heater that doesn't work. After 5 days of messaging where they basically repeated that they were 'unable' to refund, wouldn't supply a return address and offered insulting level of 'compensation' I have involved the dispute team from my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!
In addition, they overcharged me initially. I noticed and contacted them. They refunded the overcharge very quickly, but this does not excuse the appallingly poor after sales service which is actually non existent. The company clearly has no intentions of refunding me for a defective item.

These Clark’s are just what I wanted! I bought them in black so they go with almost all of my clothes. They have a dressy look but comfort of flats. I especially love the look of the toe showing with longer slacks and long skirts. I feel well-dressed wearing them.

No item has arrived yet charged me £75.18. Avoid them at all costs!

I recommend this product is excellent. Light weight very comfortable I’m satisfied 100%

I lost a really pretty witch hat years ago and I've been looking for a replacement, though I am VERY picky. I saw this hat by chance and I fell in love with it after finding out it was a knit hat and not just a novelty hat. It feels and looks like a hat you can just have at every moment and not just halloween! It completes my witch vibe and I think if my mom was alive she'd like it too.

I ordered clothing and the size was really small. I tried 3 times to get customer service to send me a return address and they have not responded. looking up symmetrye*UK it said they are a scam.

Super cute sandals for my 9year old daughter, she's a 3 in gym shoes but I ordered a size 2 1/2 and they fit her perfectly

Very soft and thin so it’s perfect for hot weather. Look nice and wrinkle free so I wear them to my office.

Ongoing issue, have reported to both ASA & Facebook. Pilates bar not fit for purpose & skipping rope arrived with no rope just two handles.
DO NOT ORDER SCAMMERS OPERATING OUT OF CHINA.
I sent them screenshots of Facebook ads v what I had recieved. They then ghosted me. I only ordered as they accepted klarna, & had a good front with website & uk address, which now no longer exists. Have raised dispute with Klarna, then all of a sudden an email arrived to say here is the return address in China they want a tracked returns etcetera.

What was sent was a faulty/not fit for purpose product that they are refusing to allow me to return because, in their words, the product was ordered more than 15 days ago therefore they accept no liability.
