Products are excellent

Their products are excellent. I've been on MacaPause since the company's inception I think, for years.
I ordered the wrong one accidently from them (after Amazon acct hacked) and returning it was not easy. They send you a list of things they want put on paper w/ your return. They expect you to pay for the shipping back. Then, they want you to email them w/ the tracking number after you send it. On top of this, if you complain, they won't respond back, passive aggressive. Customer service needs some work.
