Been ordering from them for 3 years and never had an issue with quality ever, any issues i did have we're from UPS and yet they still handled it like it was their problem. Customer service is always polite and very prompt in responding. Highly recommend ordering from this site! TO SHELF QUALITY!!

I've been ordering for over a year. This last batch of sodium was cut so badly it's ridiculous. It had an awful smell and is STILL powdery after months in the can with no desiccant. HOT GARBAGE

I have been doing business with this company for over a year now. I have yet to receive anything but impeccable customer service and support. It is becoming rare to deal with a company that will do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. A+, all the way around from pricing, shipping time and service!

ordered from this website for the 5th time this week and it has a really weird smell that has never been present with my past orders, something similar to glue, seems fine upon initial testing, but still a concern

Trustworthy company I got half of my order by mistake and told them and they fixed it and sent out the other half and I received it. Reference chemicals are extremely pure no left overs from manufacturing.

Arrived on the west coast 5 days after ordering using free shipping. No problems.

I'd give the company 6 stars if I could. They offer products at lower quantities and prices and they also offer free shipping. The R+D results are comparable to the ones from other sources. Also they often send a bit more than the listed quantities. Their same day shipping cutoff is later than most sites of any type.

They forgot to put an inexpensive jar of a new product in the pkg, and when I placed another order and pointed that out, they put significantly more in the jar. They've never forgotten a jar of their most popular products btw.

Finally I accidentally forgot to put the correct shipping address in an order. I emailed a correction and got a prompt response. I've been involved with the R+D industry and is currently the best when accounting for price.

Can I give no stars? That’s what they deserve. I should have heeded the warnings about Synaptex. Prior to ordering their responses were almost immediate, now that I’m questioning what they sent me they won’t respond. I bought 10g’s of sodium and then the next day bought 25g’s to test a small order vs slightly larger order. Both were trash. No research effects at all. I was shopping a new vendor bc mine is out of sodium and was really hoping I found me a new supplier. Absolutely not. I lost out on the money so you don’t have to, DO NOT waste your money with this company. I’ve got emails and stuff to verify I ain’t no bot or competitor.

I’m back to edit my review. I rushed to judgement a little bit. I still will only give this product 3 stars because purity and efficacy seems much lower compared to a competitor. Also I haven’t dealt with the company long enough to grade them only the product I received. So apologies to synaptex and reviewers alike for my rush to judgement. 3 stars. FYI I still have not received a response from the company concerning the product I paid for.

My name is Austin Poland, and i have been buying from Synaptex for a while. Don't trust the bad reviews. One time they sent to wrong address and Synaptex contacted me immediately and resolved the issue. They are reliable and trustworthy from my experience. I ensure you, you wont have any issues!

Have always had good service with this site. Weights can be off at times but not by much. Leads me to believe alot of these negative reviews are simply to slander the compitition. Products always good shipping times are quick and prices are fair. I love Synaptex

The new tianeptine sodium they’re shipping is horrible and weak if it’s even tianeptine at all. They used to have a good product but no more and they won’t respond to any issues at all. I’m forced to find a new supplier now.

The company has been having supply issues according to the "state of synaptex" updates on the website. With that said, I "pre-ordered" and paid for tianeptine sodium on the 14th that was supposed to ship out the following afternoon , or the day after at the latest . However, not only has it failed to ship, my email inquiries have been ignored. I have made dozens of orders this last year but this was my last.

So.... I've ordered successfully many times from them with no problem. But lately they claim they have supply chain issues and had to switch locations. Okay, fine. On their website it said they would be shipping out again Tuesday or Wednesday. I ordered on Wednesday with overnight shipping. Today is Thursday, obviously I didn't get my shipment and no response to my email. No notification of anything being shipped. I spent $58 on overnight shipping, and I'm left sitting holding the bag with nothing to show for it. Do not order from this company.

I loved my first order, the second larger order , whenever I tried it seemed a lot different, the sites lab says 96% so I don’t know if that means much but the shipping always has arrived within 3 days, the guy Jeremy saying it was cut with phenibut def makes sense
