I ordered the lucky wood and it was misdelivered. I have a certified letter from my post office proving that fact and I will never receive the package. I've been trying to e-mail the company for the past 3 months and they keep saying, it's been delivered...ask your neighbors if they've seen it. They haven't because it wasn't delivered here. I'm requesting a full refund or a replacement and they haven't done either. Do not order for this company!!

What went right should be the question. 5-8 days shipping bull hockey been 7 days already and I just saw the tracking info and the item hasn’t even left china yet! Still has customs there and here along with the flight then still has to be delivered to me. Ain’t gonna happen. Sent several emails same answer each and every time requested a refund of course no response on that request.

I ordered 3 at a cost of $150.00. I did not receive them, I believe they were not delivered.Contacted Synapth but I’m getting the run around. I don’t know who the courier was and can’t follow up that either . Looks like I lucked out on Lucky Wood . Very dissatisfied.

I ordered 2. One for me and one for a Xmas gift. The wood doesn’t sprout and the gift wood was so small it was a joke. I threw it away. Total waste of money!

I ordered two same size lucky wood. They were not the same size. One was a third of the size of the other. They also came with mould on them. I emailed them but have not has a response. Do not order from them!

I received my lucky wood, really excited to get started, imagine my disappointment when I opened it and found it was covered in black mould. The cheap plastic tray that came with it also had black mould on it. I have tried to get in contact with company so far with out any success. I am not impressed at all.
