Bought BG Sync charger and had installed by Electrician, Had a few problems with it tripping breaker. Then 26th May 25 charger just stopped working.
Contacted Sync energy support via email, who's reply was not helpful and quite condescending.
Once they did remotely check charger they sent a new one out straight away 30/5/25 received.
Sync energy support was to arrange for engineer visit to exchange. No further communication from Sync Energy support to advise when engineer was to call, no answer for days to emails and then when they did answer minimal information. 22 days on and no closer to a resolution, will have to pay myself for Charger changing, which Sync Energy website informs is not chargeable to them.

I phoned Sync Energy at 8:30 am and was given great help by an assistant called Chris who guided me step-by-step through the process of setting up the new app and deleting an old app which was causing lots of problems great company and would highly recommend.
I have had problems with my charger and so far NO resolution!
The charger has stopped working and Mr Charger who installed it are no help and BGSync are trying to blame anything else and have not come up with a resolution, may now take legal action to get a repair or refund
Purchased a BG SYNC EV charger on January 29th 2025 and on Jan 31st and again on Feb 2nd I emailed their support team for assistance with both messages going unanswered. I will today Feb 4th be returning the EV car charger to the supplier for a full refund.
