Pricing scammers
We have given them 3 chances in 3…
We have given them 3 chances in 3 different products hoping the support and quality would get better. This is one of the worst development company we have worked with. Everything is full of bugs and support is no where to be seen for weeks but their AR will have 10 people email you before your annual subscription is due. The fact that they have other 1 star reviews with no management watching it is a good indication that they don’t care. Stay away and save your time and money
Synfusion Blazor - worst experience
Synfusion is no good if your looking for an enterprise level system (specifically Blazor), it cannot handle large dataloads unless its localised data.
Their responsiveness on managing bugs for Blazor is horrible, it takes weeks and sometimes months for a response and when they finally respond they cant give you a patch until the release version comes out. Only to find out that their fix has actually introduced additional bugs. Its as though syncfusion dont have unit testing built into their system.
We moved from Devexpress to Syncfusion approx 18 months ago.... worst decision ever. Unfortunately its too late for our company to roll back to Devexpress.
My comment to anyone using syncfusion beware and dont expect a responsive support model.
Really good and stable products
Really good and stable products, with good documentation and really good support.
A company with a really good product and a fantastic support
For the last couple of years we have used Syncfusion products. The integration with our development flow is flawless and it really helps us tackling different aspects of our software that would otherwise be a nightmare.
But the most outstanding is their support and their team. Does not matter if it is a bug report or just a query their team is always ready to help, and most of the times even within hours. When the problem cannot be solved immediately they give a date and you can put your signature on it, it will be solved til then.
Thumbs up for this company.
Not so good
Other companies, such as Telerik and DevExpress, offer superior products. While they may have fewer components, they are well-tested. With Syncfusion, we've encountered numerous bugs in their controls, resulting in significant time wasted on ticket submissions.
The support provided by Syncfusion is subpar; they often take months to address issues and seem indifferent to user feedback. Their proposed solutions frequently fail to address the root problem. Additionally, feature requests remain in evaluation for years without any meaningful response to our requirements.
The design of the Blazor components is particularly poor.
Given the recent price increase, it's advisable to consider alternatives in the market.
167% price increase
When i did know this in front i never started with Syncfusion. We started with 3 licenses in 2020 for $1200,- 2021 $1295,- 2022 $1495, 2023 $1495,- and now they say they changed their license structure to make it more suitable for their customers and the normal price is now $4750,- and we can get a super discount of 15% and will pay $4000,- an increase of 2500/1495 = 167% As that is a normal way of doing Business with Syncfusion I want warn all who are considering to start using Synfusion
Massive price increase after commitment to product
The components are great but after 1 year of subscription and a big implementation relying heavily on the syncfusion framework they raised the price by more than 150%.
Very bad angular components
Very bad angular components. Our company believes they started with react ones, and had a student set them over to angular. Very bad code quality, incredibly bad logic, virtually impossible to customize. They may be better in other domains, but Angular is not what they know.
We are currently eliminating all Syncfusion components, and replacing them with angular material, a lot easier to customize.
Pretty good components, questionable licensing
We've been a Syncfusion customer for a couple of years now however they've recently changed their licensing resulting in an increase of 1000%! Rediculous!
Their components have been functional albeit a little difficult to use resulting in several contacts with their support folks who responded that additional UNDOCUMENTED configurations were required.
Price increase by 1000%!
I used Syncfusion charts in paid license for 3 years in our company's mobile app. For a little charting, the annual renewal price for the retail license was also absolutely fine. But now they have changed the licenses and require their customers to buy at least a team license, which is more than 10-times more expensive than what I was paying before. My arguments that I don't need a team license because I don't have a team had no effect - they had no solution for that. Also, according to sales, this license would be more cost effective for me. Seriously? Is it cost effective to pay 10-times more for the same service? Are there fundamental changes in math that I missed?
They said they want to focus on the needs of their core customers. Dear Syncfusion team, if the money I've been paying you all these years isn't good enough for you, then I'll just have to give it to your competition. Such treatment of paying existing customers is unacceptable!
Powerful and complete features
I have to say that Syncfusion is a product that has exceeded my expectations when using it in WPF. When my client requested that my WPF application must have a PDF viewer with annotation and clickable hyperlinks within the PDF, I was at a loss for how to fulfill this requirement. However, just when I was feeling overwhelmed, I discovered Syncfusion, which proved to be the perfect solution to meet my needs. It couldn't have come at a better time.
Technically good, but terrible sales
Technically, the components are good. They behave as expected, especially when using standard features . If you need to extend them, then not everything is easy and you need to perform quite a lot of workaround/haxes, but still seems quite usual for JavaScript world. Especially for components which are designed to work with different web frameworks.
Technical support is good and responsive.
However, the sales is very bad... The sales team is aggressive, they push too hard for buying their products. A lot of SPAM during trial period - dozens of emails and phone calls even if you explain to them that you don't want to proceed. Few of my colleagues have identical experience with Syncfusion's horrible sales team.
When our company decided to buy a license, there were issues with establishing the final price. The sales guy pushed us for the most expensive one, without any willingness for discussion. We had to figure out ourselves that we can easily use a cheaper one, but no one suggested that from Syncfusion side, we had to dig that ourselves. They agreed to that finally, which was very unprofessional.
During the talks, in the middle of negotiating the price, the sales managed suddenly attaches an invoice to his next email... Guys, you have very good products, but your sales approach needs to be changed.
I understand that a good product needs to be sold, but hey - there are limits.

Quick review
I like the improvement of the components. They are beeing worked on all the time. Also the cooperation with users using feedback is very well.
Hope they will continue to develop the components as good as they are now.
Highly recommend Syncfusion
Great software gives my project dynamic and friendly visual controls to interact with users.
The support helped me with all my requests even when I used the free version. Highly recommend Syncfusion.
Syncfusion componenets are awesome
Since I use Syncfusion componenets in my projects, development time was reduced and experience its very satisfactory
Syncfusion Support Review
The customer support from Syncfusion was great. I had an answer to my question within 24hr, complete with a code example.
The process for submitting a ticket was smooth.
The controls are fantastic and customizable. I can't say enough good about my experience.
Beautiful controls and amazing support
Syncfusion's controls are beautiful, and their documentation is great, but what sets them apart for me is their support. We jumped into Blazor right at the beginning at a time when the controls were v1.0. We had many paper cuts on the way (as one would expect with a new tech), but the support has always been super solid. The Syncfusion team in the forum are so active and helpful that I have not had to submit a help desk ticket in years. Answers to questions are always comprehensive and often come with a sample project. Very happy with our decision to go with Syncfusion.
Their Angular Widgets and library are sublime!
We really love the Angular suite which is written in full typescript - less complex dependency when applied to the project.
