I made a PCR test in this lab that I…

I made a PCR test in this lab on December 28th that I paid 50 euros for. 72 hours passed, and I don't have any results. I just gave them 50 euros for absolutely nothing. Besides the miscommunication between the lab and the representatives. since the second day (December 20th) I called and I was promised that I would have the result by midnight but guess, what? yep, I didn't get anything.
I called the third day (today ad December 31st) and the answer was "we cannot do anything at this moment, you just have to wait"
the stress and damage that this laboratory has created in these 3 days are just indescribable.

I'd give 0 stars if that was possible.
