Order never received, no refund after over a year!
I placed an order with SyncProtein more than a year ago. I never received the product, and despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no response and no refund.
Customer service is completely unresponsive, with zero accountability or support.
This is unacceptable from a brand that claims to be reliable.
I strongly do not recommend — total lack of transparency and customer respect.
Next steps: reporting to consumer protection authorities if nothing is done in the coming days.

We're truly sorry to read your review – we completely understand how frustrating this must feel. However, to be fully transparent: all customers with delayed orders have been contacted and offered either a full refund or a reshipment.
So to our knowledge, it shouldn’t be possible for any order to have gone unanswered for over a year.
