Garbage PSA/RMM - Plagued

Garbage, like a mentally unstable girlfriend that you just cannot break up with. Pay more, try elsewhere, whatever you have to do to avoid going out with this one. Your mental depends on it. We can taste the regret.

OK but lacking

Syncro had the features we needed at a pricing that was good. Only needed to contact support once so far and although it was slow and the techs seemed confused about their own product, we got a resolution. But reading the other reviews on Trustpilot has me worried.
We are considering leaving primarily due to the fact that if you want to be able to take ACH payments you they force you to use WorldPay for it to integrate. This is the WORST of payment processors with some of the worst reviews for businesses smaller that a retail enterprise.
We currently use a Stripe paylink in the invoice and reconcile manually, but this will become cumbersome as we grow. As for monthly auto payments we also have to have someone babysit these and manually reconcile.
What makes this worse, is they have a 5 year old thread in their own community site with many asking for this to be rectified over the year. They boast a lot of changes and updates each year, but cannot take care of something this important.
This with reading other reviews ..... I recommend starting with a different company. It is going to be a lot of work for us to switch away from Synco and we are beginning to really regret the decision to use this company.

SyncroMSP remote access failing - AVOID this company

Suddenly we cant access remote devices (computers). we either get a message stating the device is not online - it appears online in the portal, or code has expired. In some cases have a server we can access and verify the device is indeed able to access the internet, and is not blocked by any firewall and other security software. Did follow their suggestion to move all devices to a blank policy folder, wait 10 min, then create a new blank folder, wait another 10 min, and then move impacted devices back to a policy folder. Didn't change the issue. Some customers we can only access around 50% of the devices ... sometimes a remote session just get disconnected with the message access code is wrong. We use Splashtop through SyncroMSP .... SyncroMSP used to be really good, but the last year or so we have seen an increase in errors we didn't see before, and we are using the same software on all customer devices in terms of firewall and security software...

We will actively start looking for another solution - we cant work with a solution that dont enable us to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and causing the customer potential downtime or disrupting their work flows...

What an appalling company

What an appalling company. I've been with them 2 years and have been having issues what have been getting progressively worse. Support were hopeless, it's like talking to a chat bot, just very basic, scripted responses
Enough was enough and I gave them notice that I wasn't renewing my contract. There was suddenly a flurry of activity the ticket was escalated and I was asked if I would stay if they could fix the issues. "Yes, no problem, Its a lot of hassle to move systems." and then absolutely nothing happened and they closed the ticket without any notification.
When I responded to the ticket a week ago to see what was happening it took days to get a response and has gone back to 1st line support where I'm getting the same basic, scripted unhelpful responses. When I told the technician the fully story I was told the offices are closed for the next two days and they closed my ticked (AGAIN).
I liked Syncro, if it worked as it should without all the bugs and the support was even half decent, I wouldn't care. But they honestly do not care about their customers.

Avoid at all costs

Syncro was great when we first switched to it. As of the last 4 months it has been complete garbage. Pages consistently failing to load and giving error "Error occurred on our side, try again in a few minutes" Spent over an hr today just trying to load a ticket to view a response. Support just runs around in circles asking for more info and never does anything. You provide them with everything they ask for, then its crickets.

Rufusal to cancel subscription

For the most part, syncro works really well. Pricing and features are great.
My business needs have changed and no longer require the use of a full blown PSA and RMM. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional and stubborn behaviour over try to cancel a monthly committed subscription.
My account manager has refused to cancel my plan because I won't setup a meeting to talk to them, which he mentioned is an "internal policy" to syncro. Nothing on their terms of service specifically say I cannot cancel until I speak someone, this is childish.
I didn't want to write this review but they've left me no choice.
