They're scammers, I tried to withdraw money, first said approved and then said withdrawal cancelled. They said contact customer service support. I went in and the site is down showing error 404, couldn't access the site again. Please people stay away from these people.

In response to the reply I received from Syndicate Casino regarding my poor review given to them. It's funny how they reply by saying sorry for the terrible experience I've had with them after having my account permanently blocked, $13000 AUD confiscated and leaving me with no chance of getting back my money. Truthfully they couldn't care less about what has happened to me or the fact they confiscated (stole) $13000 from me.

The withdrawal process is ridiculous you wait 4 days or more for approval and then days for the payment to hit your bank,when you live chat them they say it takes 24 hrs....lie lie played other casinos and get approved and paid same day.

Look at all the photos from woman, and the fact they have made 1 review about Syndicate, and use statements like "come be part of the fun", and.. will I don't need to explain further. I hadn't played on this casino for a very long time so went on a few days ago and won nearly $200.00 I tried to withdraw it but I needed to be verified before I could get paid out. Sent in all the documents needed including a bank statement with the deposit I made to Syndicate. It and my utility account weren't accepted. They didn't accept my visa card as my name wasn't on it (I lost my card and this is my replacement card till I get my new one in 2025). they asked me for my bank statement so I sent the one that had been rejected, this time it was accepted (?). They wanted me to send my Visa card so I did this but it wasn't accepted, even though my bank statement showed the first 4 and last 4 digits of my current card and also on the statement was the payment made to them. They now want my last 3 cards which of course I haven't got now. I think they don't want to pay people out and are finding all manner of excuses not to do this. don't go near this casino.

I registered and when I tried to deposit via ETH no deposit address got generated. I reported the issue to the customer service, waited like 45 mins but nothing happened. I told them I play elsewhere but I would check back to the site later and try it again. After 5 days the issue was still not solved so I decided to close my account. I requested the account closure but they simply not willing to close my account. After chatting with the live chat 20 mins they still don't proceed with my account closure request. They simply do not respect players and responsible gambling. They copy paste meaningless prewritten text about how good they are when even depositing is an issue on their site. I cannot even imagine how difficult it would be if I wanted to withdraw some money... I guess it would require me pushing the chat for hours every day.
