I had to go directly to the lab and complete a medical records release form to get my GI Map results because (even after multiple communication attempts) synergistic labs never sent them to me nor replied to my emails.
I ordered a full panel test from Synergistic Labs three weeks ago and was told results would arrive in less than two weeks. It’s now past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received anything. Over the past week, I’ve reached out multiple times but haven’t gotten a single response.
This tells me that either nobody is manning their customer service, or they’ve taken on more business than they can handle. Either way, I feel like I’ve fallen through the cracks and wasted both my time and $400 on a test that hasn’t delivered.
At this point, I feel ripped off and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend using Synergistic Labs. There are plenty of other providers who respect their clients’ time, money, and trust—go somewhere else.
It’s been 15 business days and I still have not received my test result . I emailed but no one is responding.
sent 3 emails asking where my results were. waited a month for them to come back after my coach had to send an email asking for my results. really disappointed in the customer service response part
Synergistic is the best lab testing platform! I use it personally and have all my clients use it as well.
Sent multiple emails to get my lab results. No response finally reached out to them on Instagram and still couldn’t get my results. My health coach finally called their contact and was able to get the results.

I paid $300 for blood work in February. I have questions about my purchase and have not been able to get in contact with anyone from Synergistic Labs. I sent an email, no response. Sent an instagram DM, no response. Called the phone number on my receipt, no response so I left a voicemail. Now the voicemail mailbox is full and is not accepting more messages. I also filled out the 'contact' form on the website.

Labs showed up as expected but turnaround time was extended. Solve that and it's perfect.

Their prices are great, customer support is very responsive and they get the lab results to you as soon as they receive them unlike other clinics which you have to wait for many days.
The prior negative review was actually a fault of Labcorp hence I’m writing a new review.
