All my life I have been insecure of my teeth, dentists gave me anxiety after a traumatic experience when I was younger which resulted me in loosing my front teeth after mis practice.

I can not thank Bilal enough, from day 1 he was super sweet, down to earth and reassuring made sure I was comfortable at all times and did an amazing job. Any questions or concerns was just a WhatsApp message away.

As for the staff the dentist assist (sorry didn’t catch her name) and Lauren on reception have always been really sweet and lovely I don’t feel anxious or scared and feel like they are all understanding none judgmental and really caring

Absoultley brilliant. Sean was amazing and so accomodating. Phoned at 9AM and was in the dentist the same day at 4pm. No pressure, good advice and couldnt recommend more highly. The dentist who i believe was Nida was so informative. Honestly, super impressed and grateful. I dont leave reviews normally but felt i had too on this occassion. 5 stars

I booked a consultation with Synergy Dental Care in Bolton and paid a deposit\. The practice cancelled my appointment on **7 July 2026**\.

I contacted them around **16 July** to request my deposit back and was told they would start the refund process\. After chasing the refund, I was subsequently told that they had not actually started processing it until **31 July**\.

I was initially told that the refund would take **28 days**\. When I chased again after 28 days had passed, I was then told it would take **28 working days** instead\.

That period has now also passed, and I still have not received my deposit\.

I emailed again yesterday asking for an update and have received no response\.

I understand that refunds can take time to process, but I find it very disappointing that the appointment was cancelled by the practice, I requested my money back promptly, and I am still waiting months later\.

**I would advise anyone paying a deposit to be aware of my experience and to make sure they understand the practice’s refund process before booking\.**

I am still waiting for my money to be returned and for Synergy Dental Care to provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay.

I had an initial consultation today, wow what an absolutely amazing service l had today. The dentist was very, very informative, a great dental plan organized and explained to me along with other options well done team great work

They send reminder messages a few days before appointment which is great as i am forgetful.The appointment time is at a time i chose . The dentist and staff are polite .

Excellent service, only downside is the cost which is the same in every dentist.

Great service very happy with the outcome put me at ease all the way through it got a great team all round

From initial consultation to the final polish of my porcelain crowns was amazing... A fabulous team that really listens to your concerns and puts all options available to you.. love my new crowns they look so good

really good experience at synergy liverpool, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. the nurses were lovely and the dentist was super nice, helpful and explained everything really clearly. made the whole appointment feel really comfortable :)
