Five Star Dentist

I attended for my appointment at this practice and was signed in by a very pleasant young lady on reception, after a few minutes wait l was called in by dentist Martin Higgins and received an absolutely painless tooth extraction was given a follow up appointment and was on my way in less than 15 minutes could not be bettered.

GREAT PRACTICE

I've always been happy with the treatment received and in not having to wait long for appointments. My particular dentist and her nurse and every other staff member are always welcoming,friendly and engaging which to me is very important

Am an NHS registered patient

Am an NHS registered patient at the practice. I've always had very good service from the dentists there. An error by the practice regarding an appointment that disappeared was resolved quickly.
My regular NHS dentist there has been forced to take on more private work at the expense of NHS ones like me because of the cost of living.
The Government really needs to pay more towards NHS dentistry and encourage dental practices to take on more NHS patients.
Unfortunately, the practice isn't taking on new NHS patients and I presume if you do not attend regularly, they will remove you from the NHS list.

Every thing was good,staff were polite…

Every thing was good,staff were polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable,the hygiene was great and the dentist explained everything to me and made me feel at ease.Would recommend Bupa to anyone.If you had a choice of dentist I would recommend Grace she is so polite and professional.
