Synergy were contracted by Ohme to install an EV charger at our house. The advance preparation was very detailed - I had to plot the route from our consumer unit to where I wanted the charger to be installed, and take photos and videos of the route. They came early (because they had had a cancellation earlier in the day) but phoned me to check, and waited outside until I returned home. The installation was very professional, took about 3 hours, he cleaned up thoroughly, and it all worked straight away - and has done so for 4 weeks now. Installation took place within 17 days of first contacting Ohme, which is very good in comparison to other companies

Joe came to install my EV charger at my house and we found that the charger lead wasn’t long so I changed the charger to suit my needs. Joe revisited late today and installed the charger and installed all the electrical components in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company to install any EV charger.

On 11/09, Synergy EV installed electric vehicle chargers at our location. The site survey was conducted by Richard, and the installation team included Jamie, Luke, and Jake.

The team was highly professional and efficient. They completed both the survey and installation quickly, without compromising on quality.

During the installation, Jamie, Luke, and Jake were extremely accommodating. They took the time to answer any questions I had and even worked past regular hours to ensure the charger was set up properly, effectively managing any challenges that came up.

I was impressed by their commitment and would highly recommend their services.

Tidied up after themselves

Synergy installed a smart charger for our ev. Did a great job and communicated well. All neat and tidy. Unfortunately, the unit did not work as intended. The hardware manufacturer thought the problem was the software: the software people thought it was the installation. The only person to take ownership of the situation was Richard at Synergy. The unit was swapped within 3 days for a replacement. In addition, Richard told me that if this one plays up, he'll swap it for a different make. How refreshing to find a company that really puts the customer first. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Synergy EV were subcontracted by Go Zero to install an EV charger at my house - they were excellent! I would highly recommend them.
I was dreading doing this work as it all seemed too difficult. Joe came to inspect, it was a difficult layout but he came up with a simple, practical and very unobtrusive solution. Joe came back to do the installation and was highly professional, friendly and efficient. A pleasure to have around. We had one problem, of my own making, and he worked around it effortlessly. Tidied up and made good beyond the call of duty. The head office checked in with me during the lead up to the work so I also felt that they were very supportive, helpful and carried me through the process.

Jaimie and Jake did an outstanding job. Friendly, efficient and professional. We will certainly want to use them for other electrical jobs. They installed an EV charging unit we contracted through Bumblebee. The whole process was easy and we were kept informed throughout. We strongly recommend Synergy EV.

I give these Synergy EV 5 stars plus. There service was an experience to remember. The team was quick and very helpful, started earlier on the day of fitting the EV charger, I had a new fuse box fitted and an outside plug point too. The team I felt sorry for as it, was raining very hard outside the guys were soaked to the skin.one lad was cold shivering and the team still carried on working. Richard was helpful too. Had a few issues with the actual charger, but Richard and the installation teams have been excellent throughout, even pushing for a replacement from the manufacturer. They haven't shirked their responsibilities one bit, so I am very happy to give them 5 stars. It's what you need from a company. Impeccable service even when things don't run smoothly.

Very competitive quote, extremely professional salesman who was as good as his word. Fitters kept me informed about arrival time and did a very good job leaving the house as tidy as they found it.

Synergy EV is great company, I dealt with Charlotte and Stevie in the office throughout, they were courteous on the phone/email and the communication was brilliant. Luke came to have a look at the install initially as I had some queries about the cable route, plus I spoke to him on the phone a number of times with further queries. Luke answered all of my questions and was happy to help me, you can tell he cares about his customers. On the day of the install, Joe the electrician did a fantastic job, very neat and tidy, I was very impressed with the workmanship. Afterwards he took me through the charger app and expertly advised on how to use my new charger. I highly recommend Synergy EV and would definitely use them again, brilliant from start to finish, a very happy customer.

The whole experience from first talking to Richard to having my charger fitted has been a real pleasure. Richard advised me which charger suited my requirements, the installers were very pleasant, quick and left the work area clean and tiny. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!!

The installation was swift & very clean, no bother at all. Connecting 2 phones was more of a problem for us rather than the man who was installing, but bless him he was very patient.
