Tarek listened and challenged in equal measure. He was very compassionate and supportive, but also set me tasks to move me along my journey. I would recommend his sessions wholeheartedly.

Tarik Joumaa has been a tremendous support to me on a personal, career, and academic level. Our coaching journey began when I embarked on my master's thesis, which involved dedicating over six months to a research question. During this time, I faced uncertainties about my future career and the impact it would have on my personal life. Tarik walked alongside me, offering attentive listening, invaluable support, and reflective tools to navigate these challenges. He always reminded me to keep my focus on the long-term goals. Tarik's guidance has been instrumental in my journey, and I am grateful for his continued support.

Dr Tarek Jomaa coaching has been a great discovery. As I started my new post, I was invited to attend a series of meeting about leadership. Not fully aware of what it was, I started this training. After the first session it was clear that this was indeed much necessary to develop my skills as “manager”. Over the short period I found that Dr Jomaa was able to guide me through my first challenges as manager while allowing to come to the right answers myself or discovering habits and/or behaviour that I have. Even if it was a short coaching journey it has already made an impact on myself. I will recommend to everyone who is approaching a managerial role and to everyone that want to establish more meaningful relationship with peers.

Dr Jomaa’s coaching sessions are a game changer. They really help you explore all aspects of who you are and what you are doing. In my case we looked at improving my ability to manage and I would recommend all managers (what ever the level) to attend/sign up for some sessions. He will help you build on your own experiences (the good and the bad). He’ll help you understand the mind and actions of others and put a heap of theory into what you’ve experienced. He is a true legend and I’m now happy to say he’s also a friend after our 6 sessions. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Indeed he now coaches multiple members of my team from PhD students to early career researchers.

Tarek's contribution to an entrepreneur's life has been invaluable in numerous delicate situations. He possesses a remarkable ability to be attentive to your needs and adapt seamlessly to diverse environments. Additionally, Tarek's aptitude for posing the right questions allows individuals to bring out their best selves. Working with him is undoubtedly an opportunity not to be missed.
