Super sharp and great balance, but requires proper care

I've been using this knife for slicing my smoked brisket every weekend, and the performance is amazing. It has a perfect edge and comfortable grip. The weight feels well balanced. My only heads-up to other buyers is that these are NOT dishwasher safe and need immediate attention. If you don't hand wash and dry them right away, small rust spots will appear. Also, the Damascus pattern looks laser-etched rather than real folded steel, but for the price, the sharpness and functionality are still well worth the money.
